Blossoming Hearts have been looking after my mother twice a day for the last few months coming in the mornings to help her shower and get ready and in the evenings to help her get ready for bed. They have been very considerate and professional, reassuring Mum and providing reliable support for her.
They let me know of any concerns and it has enabled Mum to stay in her own home for longer than she would have been able to otherwise. I would definitely recommend them and thank the manager and her team for helping Mum and by extension us as a family.

We switched from the company we were using to Blossoming Hearts Care Agency Ltd to care for our mother who sadly had dementia and her little dog Willow. Mum sadly passed away at home in September, but the care, dignity and love were shown to mum at all times. We were so pleased to have had such caring
people, also the fact that she had the same carers, which was so important with mum and her dementia, as well as Willow, who would greet them with a wagging tail on every visit. Girls, I cannot thank you enough for all you have done for mum over the months, keeping her at home was the right thing for us, but we could not have done it without you.

My brother and I would like to thank the marvellous management and staff for the care provided to our mother during her progressive dementia and Parkinson's. Mum was a widow who lived alone, she passed away in January 2021 at home which is where she was always adamant she wanted to stay. Without these
people, this would not have been possible. They spent quality time with her, laughing and singing, occupying her, provided good appetising meals, taking care of her appearance [painting her nails!] and personal hygiene, helped with doctors/hospital and chiropody appointments and medical equipment needed, called emergency services on our behalf when needed. The paramedics on more than one occasion praised their comprehensive paperwork which made their job so much easier. Mum's face lit up when we spoke of 'the girls' and when they arrived each day. As she was gently slipping away the girls were with her holding her hand until my brother arrived from work, compassionate and caring as always. Thank you.

Blossoming Hearts began caring for my son in December 2019. We really appreciate the fact that my son sees the same carers daily who are familiar with his needs. My son trusts and respects their professional and friendly attitude. The carers are observant and report any change or concern they have about
my son's condition. They have been, and I am confident they will continue to be, consistent in their excellent care. I would highly recommend Blossoming Hearts.

My dad was looked after by Blossoming Hearts from January 2019 - January 2021. His care was excellent. He has Alzheimer’s disease restricting him more as time went on. The decision to go for care home 24-hour care came with great reluctance to myself and my family. Without Blossoming Hearts, I could
not have looked after him myself over the last two years. The managing Director was professional and always there with emotional help and support and I felt that I could trust her completely. Any concerns I had, however small, were dealt with swiftly. Dad's face lit up when he saw his main carer arrive. She made him smile and even sing and he thought the world of her. We think of her as a friend. If residential care had not become a necessity I would have happily increased the visits to his home by Blossoming Hearts. I am extremely grateful for everything they did and recommend them wholeheartedly to all who will listen.

We cannot thank the managing director and her employees enough for the professional care they gave to my father-in-law when he came home for palliative care. Their support and commitment was exceptional, the level of professionalism was outstanding. Not only caring for my father-in-law the ladies were
also a tower of strength and support to us as family when we were struggling emotionally. They certainly went above and beyond the call of duty. We will be forever grateful. Thank you.

I would like to give some feedback on the service given by Blossoming Hearts Care Agency Ltd.
Blossoming Hearts gave my late father palliative care during Aug 2020 and he sadly passed away on the 30th of that month.
My father's two carers were very friendly and professional in every way.
Just a
comment from my father when he was alive, was that he would not like to be cared for by anyone else other than his own family.
However, due to the very intense care that he would require this would be out of our scope.
So Blossoming Hearts were contacted and a programme of care was set up.
After a few days, my father looked forward to the times his carers were due to come in and care for him, which was done 4 times per day.
To this, I would like to add my most grateful thank you to you for giving my father your excellent, friendly, professional care and for making my late father comfortable during his final days.

Generally very pleased with service provided. Much better when regular carer worked as dad had a very good bond with her. Other carers not always sure what was required.

The care my mother has received has been first-class. The entire staff have gone above and beyond, as far as my mother's care has gone. They have arranged home visits from other medical professionals whenever necessary and have always kept my sister and I informed of any problems or updates.

All the staff 'care', they are professional, efficient, kind and very able. My parents love them and feel safe and comfortable with their care. I feel relaxed in the knowledge they are being looked after well. They treat their clients as they would their own family.

Although we were under care with the agency for about five weeks, this period encompassed several, what must have been awkward changes in timings for members of staff and administrators but their timekeeping and willingness to fit into our apparent lunacy was excellent. We were sorry we had to move,
but because of a short stay in hospital and our decision to opt for respite care terminated our relationship.

From the moment they turned up to help us (my wife was in hospital) I was impressed with their approach.
They explained how they would come to our house and do whatever was needed to make our lives less stressful.
They are bright and cheerful and help in any way they can.

My mother is so happy with the care she receives. Her mobility is now at a point where she is virtually household. The cheerful and caring manner of her carer makes so much difference to Mum. The care is never rushed and the time to talk is as important as the physical care. Thank you. On a management
side, the bill is always on time and accurate. It is always possible to raise concerns with the manager.

I have received care for a few years now. Apart from when she was ill, or on holiday, days off (statutory), I have been fortunately receiving care from the same person. She has been able to know me, my likes and dislikes and is professional, but not overcaring. I am an early riser so do not mind her
coming to me early. She allows time to have a chat with me, which is valuable to me as she often is the only person I see that day. Yes, my care is good as I am getting older and frailer.

Blossoming Hearts Care Agency Ltd has provided care for my wife to a high standard.
I find the carers professional, friendly but above all caring.
Blossoming Hearts Care Agency have shown themselves to be flexible in meeting my wife's needs and this is appreciated. One hears all sorts of horror stories
about carers but I'm pleased to say Blossoming Hearts Care Agency do not fit in this category. I would recommend.
