I contacted Blossoming hearts to help out with my mother over a weekend when she was discharged from hospital as we were going away. They agreed to visit my mother at short notice and their care was top class. My mother felt at ease and enjoyed the visits. They were absolutely brilliant, the care being
excellent and we would certainly use them again.

After using many different care agencies and sick off all different carers that would turn up and the fact that they will turn up very late are not at all and the feeling of being rushed and also not having much dignity. I became extremely depressed with the agencies that I was using Until I found
Blossoming Hearts, recommended to me by social services. Now I have the same set of carers so I know where I stand. I also have the most dignity that I could ask for. I am extremely happy now and also getting my confidence back to do other things. I would definitely recommend this company to service users and also to the family of people who need care. My experience with this company is that they cannot do enough for me and I couldn't be happier thank you Blossoming Hearts :)

My husband suffers with dementia and needs 24 hour care.
I used a few previous agencies to care for him who didn't meet his care qualities.
Blossoming Hearts was recommended by a friend. I am extremely happy and feel a big weight has been lifted, as I feel I can now leave the house in the capable
hands of Blossoming Hearts knowing that my husband is properly cared for.

Undoubtedly, I am overwhelmed with the outstanding programme that my friend receives. Her carers are attentive and understanding when catering for her personal requirements.
Whilst my friend has little understanding for much of the english vocabulary, her carers have individually educated themselves
on phrases and aspects of culture that would be relatable and comforting to her. I believe this is just one example of many which indicates that this company and it's staff exhibits exemplary standards of quality care.
