All levels of care have been very good for my father we are confident he is in safe and secure hands. The management keep both me and my sister updated and we are involved in all issues that may arise.

I have been really happy with the service provided to my parents by Elite Live In Care. My parents are extremely well cared for, and the communications with the team are excellent. It is a weight off my mind knowing that my parents are safe, well, and looked after.

All aspects of the care provided by Elite has been exceptional and has given peace of mind to the whole family during a really challenging time. The transition from care home back to living in their own home has been seamless. The process was managed by the team in a supportive manner and the care provided has been life changing for both parents.

Elite Livein Care has been looking after mum for a couple of months so far, after she broke her left hip in October '23. Thankfully, their carers have been very professional and friendly. Having a good rapport is very important to have considering they are the ones looking after our loved ones 24/7. The office staff are a great help in sorting out appointments and medication etc. They are definitely an excellent care provider and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

The patience and understanding shown by my mother's carer is wonderful. My father who would like to believe he can cope without help thinks she is excellent too. If there is anything we could constructively offer to raise the care even higher in our thoughts is the odd issue with missing medicines (my father's and not the patient's) or batteries/sensor mats which we still end up chasing around and the hospital visits that they forget. We the family try and keep them going but if they had no family left, how would these things get resolved. Care is superb though and has put our minds at rest.

Very professional and efficient. Able to understand and meet complex client needs, to be flexible and respond to difficulties with sensitivity. Very prompt and appropriate response to communication. The staff were friendly and caring and the care plans ensured the carer knew exactly how to deliver the right care. Could not have asked for more.

Elite deliver very good care to Mum. They are responsive when we have faced issues and always willing to share their experience and advice. Being smaller, they are much more flexible than larger care providers in my experience. Good management is an important aspect. Elite are good in this respect.

Felt there was a significant improvement in my mother's physical and mental health after returning home from an assessment placement to have a live-in carer. She had definitely suffered a decline in her health whilst being assessed in hospital and just kept asking when she was going home. Very happy now she is back in her own home with proper one-to-one care.

Cooperative and supportive. Elite Livein Care could not have done enough to support us in transitioning our parents to live-in care. Despite some challenging behaviour from our parents, the carers and management team stuck with it. Our parents have now settled and are happy and well cared for.

Elite has provided excellent live-in care initially for Mum following a mini-stroke in 2019 when she was released home in January 2020 and subsequently additionally for Dad who needs assistance with medication and some personal care. Whilst the carers have changed frequently over this period (Jan 2020 - Nov 2021) there has always been an excellent handover and continued excellent care.

The agency provides excellent support to our amazing live-in carer. This allows mum, who is non-verbal and can no longer stand or walk, to remain in an annexe to our home safely.

Elite Livein care has been looking after Mum (93) for almost three years. She has severe dementia and is housebound. The live-in carers supplied by Elite have made her life comfortable and she is content. We have been very grateful that we can rely on Elite to look after Mum, as my sister and I do not live locally. This has been particularly reassuring during the Covid pandemic when we have not been allowed to visit due to the restrictions in force. Elite has been extremely proactive and helpful with any medical issues that have arisen with Mum.

We are very pleased with the level of care for both my parents and with the level of communication with Elite in addressing any concerns we have. I feel confident in the knowledge that my parents have a good relationship with their carer and are being well cared for in all aspects of the service that Elite provide.

Very thorough initial assessment and we like the way a supervisor visits weekly to monitor the core package and client/staff satisfaction. Management were responsive when we had performance issues with a specific carer and the situation was resolved to our satisfaction. Service always felt very personal and as a daughter, I felt I had a good relationship and communication with the supervisor and manager.

Finding care for a relative is never easy, we have had to do this process once before! Having had a difficult experience, we were dreading having to go through this again! Elite Livein Care was recommended to us, and we are so thankful we found them! The lady who was our first point of contact, who was extremely professional, helpful and reassuring. She asked the relevant questions on the phone and then came out to visit us to carry out Dad's assessment. After that, our contact with the manager was just as helpful and professional. Both team members showed us empathy and patience and really put our minds at ease! Dad absolutely loves his carer, and everything has just gone so smoothly. I will definitely recommend you to others!

Elite Livein Care has been a tremendous help to our family. My father needed urgent care, and nothing appeared to be too much trouble for the staff. The assessment was detailed to help the care staff understand needs and the office staff are always friendly and helpful to us. Thank you.

Having to find home care very quickly for an elderly friend, we were recommended to call in Elite Livein Care. They have been really good from the beginning. The live-in carers have been extremely kind, caring and professional, with the management on hand, dealing with any queries in a very efficient manner and again very professional. To date, our experience with Elite Care has been excellent.
