My mother in law receives excellent reliable and loving care from the care team which enables her to enjoy being in her own home. The care also includes the family. The ladies are always friendly and happy to see us and the office staff are always on the end of the phone so willing to help and support. We are very lucky to be part of the Right at Home family.

We realised that with key family pending life changes and our Mothers House Bound needs would become greater. That the valued only key support from her Daughter In Law ( More like a Daughter) and Grand daughter would not be able to be fully continue. What would we do to ensure that our Mother could remain independent in her Home. As a Care Home option wasn't needed at this stage of her life and her Home was designed/refurbished for easy later life living. The Googling Website trawl of local Providers was a total unknown and mine field. It was only by reading the Right at Home web page reviews, the initial email and call. That our Mothers initial few hours a week needs could be accommodated. The great thing that there was an initial at home meeting with the Right at Home management. Which gave a two way assessment of what was needed and what could be provided. This no obligation assessment and the proposed fee structural made the decision a tick in the box. All appreciated

My mother and father inlaw have both received excellent support from the very beginning with Right at Home. A member of staff made a home visit & put them both at ease with her warm smile and friendly manner. The level of detail ascertained at this initial meeting ensured the care provided was just the way they both prefer things to be done in their own home. Another member of staff has also been highly praised for her thoughtful interactions with them both. She maintains dignity whilst offering just the right level of help & encouragement. Both of them spot the "little jobs" that have eased things for us as a family, especially recently when my mother inlaw has been transferred for palliative care. Welfare calls to check in with us for health updates show a genuine desire to care for them as real people. This is fundamentally at the heart of this wonderful care provider. I whole heartedly recommend their services to anyone nervous to take the plunge with introducing their loved one who needs care. Thank you.

Right at Home are an excellent care agency led by a highly professional manager who leads a team of carers who equally, take a highly professional approach to their work and deliver individualised care using sensitivity, together with excellent communication and organisational skills. Booking systems in place are excellent, and all administrative staff make you feel at ease when you speak to the on-call or send an email or speak to the Manager. Right at Home have a fantastic App where I can read clear documentation from all visits, along with up to date Care plans and helps to reassure me that all is well with my Aunty. Sometimes, organising care can be daunting but Right at Home you make it so much easier, and my thanks to you all.

A huge thank you to the manager and her team in making our lives so much easier over the last year. From the moment the manager came to visit my Mother, Sister and I she totally understood what we were all looking for and reassured us that this would help us get back on track in looking after our 90 year old Mother. My Mother had some wonderful carers who took such good care of her, so here we go a really big thank you to five carers in particular. The only reason we have stopped Right at Home is because my Mother has moved, she is now just round the corner from my home. It's been great to get such good service and above all help for someone in their own home beats any care home.

Right at Home took over the care of my 90 year old mother 5 months ago and I can highly recommend them. From the start they were very well structured, reliable and professional on the one side, while showing real care, patience, understanding and attention to detail with my mother. They gathered all the relevant information from the previous carers, then from my mother and finally from my wife and me. The daily reports are excellent and give us the feeling that we have experienced the visit ourselves. The carers have helped my mother be far more comfortable and have made a significnat difference on hygiene and self-care. Last but not least, they are incredibly understanding and patient when she has a "bad day". I could not ask for more and am very grateful. Thank you Right at Home.

Right at Home Eastbourne & Bexhill were absolutely fabulous with their care of my mum. This was with her general care during the week and especially the day she had a fall when they stayed with her until I arrived and also called the emergency services. Special recognition to two members of staff in-particular but all all staff were 100%. Thank you.

A huge thank you to the Right at Home team for the wonderful care you gave to our mum recently at such short notice. Many thanks to a particular member of staff who took Mum to A&E and kept her calm and safe and to another specific staff member for keeping me informed through the night. And an extra special shout out to another staff member for such a long shift in A&E and for looking after Mum so well when she was very tired and upset. We couldn't ask more of you and we are all very grateful to you. You definitely went above and beyond that week! This is just one example of very many from the past few years of care we have received from you. Mum is about to turn 94 and the Right at Home team is definitely one reason she keeps going!

I have had carers since May 2024. Many have been wonderful giving 150% to their jobs by understanding me in spite of my communication difficulties. They are like best friends, helping solve problems as they occur and including me in decisions. The office staff are excellent also, listening and responding to any concerns and again going to great lengths to help with problem-solving. I am hoping not to require residential care and know that the staff both office and carers will support me to achieve this. I have total confidence in them.

Right at home is just beyond words absolutely amazing! My Mum has Alzheimer's and has never had carers before, the care my mum received whilst my dad was in recovery from his hip operation was never too much trouble for the carers and the office team. The carers go above and beyond for their clients. They're all kind, passionate, and very professional and person-centred care. Was lovely reading all the carer's notes making my mum smile and laugh, it really did put my mind at ease. Thank you Right At Home.

What an excellent company! My mum used them for four months earlier this year but has since had to go into full-time care. Over time she had several carers and each and every one was fantastic. They were very professional, friendly and caring. They managed all of mum's personal care, and also prepared breakfast and supper, and left everything tidy and clean. Mainly while doing these things, they chatted to Mum and spent time with her and she really enjoyed their company and help. Communication was great too. I was able to read their report immediately after each visit so I knew Mum was OK and they always contacted me if they had any concerns. I would highly recommend them.

Right at Home have helped me care for my husband for the past 18 months. He had progressive Alzheimer's coupled with diminishing mobility. We were determined to keep him at home. The Care Support Workers were of the highest calibre. Enthusiastic about helping him enjoy life when he was still mobile and increasingly caring and compassionate as he and I dealt with the struggles of reaching the end of his life.

I am very happy with the care my uncle receives from Right at Home Eastbourne. His carers are very professional and friendly, and he enjoys his visits from them. The office team are always on hand and happy to accommodate any changes in his needs. Would highly recommend it.

I found the support excellent. I just needed help over a week to assist me after an operation. Each person arrived on time, and was most helpful, doing whatever I required. I was impressed by their commitment to the job - all seemed to enjoy the work. Thank you to all of them!

Excellent care in an "emergency" and took over and sorted me out. The carers were excellent from the start, they cleaned, washed, cooked and were great company. I was so pleased and grateful. Highly recommend them.

Right at Home provide support to my dad and stepmum. The consistency of carers is superb - one main carer and then just another one or two carers. This is so important in terms of building relationships with clients and building trust. The care provided is very person-centred and I feel my parents are really treated with respect and kindness. The carers respect their wishes and promote independence with things they can and want to do for themselves whilst supporting with the things they struggle to do for themselves. The carers really maximise their time effectively and carry out all tasks as per the care plan. But the most important thing is their kindness, patience and empathy. Dad had a fall and the carer stayed with him for additional time, reassuring him and making him comfortable whilst keeping me updated. The manager is also very good - very approachable and efficient. I could not fault this agency!

From the very first phone call with Right at Home, I felt that they were going to exceed my expectations and they have in spades. The manager and the office team are extremely flexible and can’t do enough to help. Mum's carers are lovely and are well-matched to her personality. The carer meets carer scheme is brilliant as it means Mum only meets a new carer with one of her existing carers present. Mum's carers go out of their way to care for her, giving her cuddles and kindness as well as support both emotionally and physically. I am so pleased Right at Home were recommended to us as they are so very caring and kind to Mum as well as being supportive of and helpful to my sister and me. Thank you Right at Home.

I really can't fault the friendliness and kindness received from both the office and carers. I have needed last-minute changes to hours and care and have always received an immediate response and flexible approach. We receive care from several carers and they are all lovely and try their best to make sure my dad, who has dementia, is well cared for, comfortable and smiling. Well done Right at Home! You are all amazing!
