Very good service but always arrive too late in the morning and mostly too early at night.
My widowed Dad's carer was initially engaged when my father fell over at home, resulting in temporary mobility impairment. My Dad is a very independent, and at times stubborn person, who up to this point refused any outside assistance, however when the carer arrived it was clear he was taken by her kind nature and bubbly personality and when I suggested that she continue to visit him he agreed. It has now been over a year since the carer began visiting my Dad, and although he will not allow her to do anything other than check he has taken his tablets, make a cup of tea and chat with him! it is a great relief to know that on those 2 days he is enjoying engaging with someone who shows a genuine interest in what he has to say. My Dad is in the early stages of dementia and has on occasions left the house when the carer visits, when this happens the lovely office staff notify me immediately, whilst the carer searches the local vicinity. Thank you for bringing some light into my Dad's life!
I became a client of Eleanor Nursing after a serious illness. The carers directed to me are lovely, and it makes a terrible thing learning to walk again; the carers just make me smile.
We have found the lady to be very good and caring in all aspects of her duties. Very pleasant experience.
One of our carers stood out. She was always happy, friendly and chatty. She was the only one who would make my husband do a few exercises. We both felt she was very experienced & knowledgeable. All our other carers were very good. They all made a difficult and daunting experience much easier.
This lady has been very helpful extremely competent. I wish all the staff were as good.
For the most part, carers execute their duties to a very high standard. Sometimes, due to inexperience etc, visits are overlong, resulting in a higher payment becoming due. On the whole, well done carers.
The carers are very kind and helpful with my mum and me and they always give you the support.
All staff are efficent and friendly. Carers and office staff are always willing and able to change the rota if the client needs / wishes. Office staff are always willing to answer questions about rota or managerial roles.
First, a big thank you to Eleanor care. I have always been fiercely self sufficient and independent, throughout my eighty seven years, so it is a big shock to be thrown headlong into my present situation. I had a fall and broke my hip so am now totally reliant on others to help me just perform normal daily tasks. Thanks to the very caring carers at Eleanor I am getting rather used to the idea of accepting help when I need it. All the caring people I have met have been sympathetic, kind and so willing to to do those often not particularly pleasant tasks that are normally everyday events but always with a cheerful disposition and a professional approach. And always with a smile and words of encouragement that go along way to making the best out of a difficult and stressing situation. So again a huge thank you to all the carers at Eleanor Bexley with an extra special to those who helped me.
My carer is a very hard-working lady. She comes on time and she is very neat and tidy. Prepares my food very well. She is trustworthy and caring.
I have received a warm welcome from the carers very polite and understanding. They make mum feel at ease.
The care given to my sister has been wonderful. The carers are so kind, caring, warm and very professional. They brighten my sisters day and her family. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Thank you for making this heartbreaking situation a bit more bearable.
I'm writing this review as I can't thank two staff members in particular enough for the help and support they have given my dad over the last couple of months of them being his home care. They have been wonderful and caring and supportive of him and us as a family. We're so pleased we have them as his carers, they make sure he's their main focus when here and make him comfortable and safe and happy and always let us know everything that is going on. They're just wonderful people, they treat my dad care and dignity at all times.
I have received good service from the carers I have had. They have helped in my need to do things for myself and I am gradually feeling better. I have no complaints and I feel that I can trust them.
I found the service very good on the whole the cares were kind and mostly efficient, getting a better service from the more mature carers perhaps. All treated me kindly whatever age.
The care is excellent. Professional and friendly. My father has quite advanced dementia so his level of consciousness and agitation level varies daily. The carers are always cheerful and jolly which brings the best out in dad. They are also caring and look out for issues of health like constipation etc which is very helpful and reassuring. Very happy with their service.
Absolutely 1st class service, could not have wished for better. All the staff are so helpful, including Care Staff, field care and office staff nothing is ever too much trouble, fabulous company, thank you all, you got our mum back to how she was before she broke her hip.
