The carers have been mostly kind, considerate and helpful. They have always shown up for appointments, although morning visits are a bit problematic as the carers are not always females who can attend at 8am to supervise mother's showers. There has been somewhat of a turnover of carers which |
suppose is inevitable given the nature of the job. Obviously, mother is more easily able to relate to those carers with whom she can establish a connection. Extra visits to take her into town for lunch have been much appreciated. The office staff have been very helpful on those occasions when we have needed to contact them or they have contacted us.

Blossom started looking after my nana from lockdown. She has had nothing but positive experiences and I would recommend them to anyone. All the carers were friendly and professional and have always treated my nana in a dignified way. I've really appreciated having access to daily notes through the
app as I have been able to continue my work and personal life with peace of mind.

Blossom Home Care having been providing care for mum since 2020. Initially, visits were just once 3 times a week to assist with meals, light housework and to provide some Company. Following a fall, mum became less able and Blossoms now attend 4 times each day. All the carers and support staff are
very friendly, caring and understanding, despite mum being quite difficult at times. Any concerns or problems are discussed and addressed promptly. Blossoms have organised taking mum out to the local cafe, which lifts her spirits immensely. As I work full-time and am quite often away with work, it is comforting to know that mum is in very capable hands. An excellent service and I can wholeheartedly recommend Blossoms.

Blossom have been providing care twice a day for my elderly father for almost a year. I live abroad and am only able to visit every few months.
I really can't say a big enough thank you for the absolutely fantastic care that he is receiving from you. As I am so far away, it is a constant concern
that he is being well cared for. I have had the pleasure of meeting a number of his carers and I know that he is very happy with all of them. I would say in particular he has received exceptional care and attention to tiny details from two of the male carers, which makes all the difference to my father and I am so grateful to both of them.
Being able to "see" his daily care through the app has been so reassuring. I would happily recommend your services to anyone.

I am really pleased with the care provided by Blossom to my Dad.
Blossom has been helping Dad for a few months now and he, and my Mum, have nothing but praise for the carers they have had at the house. They have told me how hard all the carers work.
A few days ago, I arrived partway through a
carer visit and the carer was multitasking as well as chatting to Mum and Dad. It was lovely to see.
The notes on the app are a real help when I don't live nearby.
Thank you to everyone at Blossom, which includes staff arranging rotas/checking notes/responding to phone calls as well as all the carers who help to support Mum and Dad in their own home.

Up until today, I would have said the service was good. The carers are mostly lovely but the directors are very poor. Today they have decided to give 5 days' notice to withdraw care because we won't sign up to a direct debit. We have always paid bills, immediately on receipt, after checking the
invoices and prefer to pay this way. So far there had not been any discrepancies so payment had always been immediate.
They have not given any thought to the well-being of my mother-in-law, or to the effect that the withdrawing of care might have. They have given less notice than they expected from us for any changes. In summary, I would not recommend them.

Blossom provides daily care for my Mother in Law, mainly social visits with housework and general company as family does not live locally. The app is excellent for me to keep up to date with how she is each day. Recently she had a flood and the staff member was amazing throughout. I feel better
knowing Blossom is taking care of my loved one and trust them to do so.

Blossom Home Care provide an excellent service for my mother. All f the staff are very friendly, caring and very understanding, especially as my mother can be difficult at times. The team at Blossom Home Care Northallerton offer a wonderful service. The care given by every member is superb and this gives my family total peace of mind that our mother is being looked after in a dignified and personal way. The management of the team is outstanding, ensuring high standards are
adhered to, especially throughout the pandemic. I am able to check on their daily visits through a wonderful app which is very reassuring. I am welcomed to contact them with any request and they ring me with any concerns they have straight away. I would highly recommend them.

Wonderful service from Blossom Home Care Northallerton carers. A friendly, efficient and very professional group of people who treated my husband with dignity and humour, and made a difficult situation much easier. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Every visit was uplifting for both of us and I
appreciated their friendship and support at a difficult time. I would highly recommend them.

The team are very understanding and caring with my mother-in-law, we are extremely grateful for their support as we are not able to be there all the time. I feel comfortable ringing Blossom Home Care Northallerton if I have any concerns and they ring me to raise awareness of any health concerns.

I would like to thank the manager for doing a wonderful job. Everything was in place when my mum came out of a short stay in hospital. Night carers, four double up carers. They were all so kind and compassionate. As a family, we could not have asked for more. We have been a client with my mum and my
late dad for several years. After several weeks of all these carers and calls daily by district nurses, she still tested negative for covid. Thankyou blossom, we can't thank you enough.

As this was the first time my dad needed carers, we were both unsure how Dad would settle, but all carers have been excellent and very caring. We would definitely recommend Blossom to other friends and family.

Care staff are extremely good at their job. They are very friendly and deliver a good service. My father was unhappy about needing assistance, but now it is the highlight of his day, ensuring he can remain in his own home.

We have been impressed by the quality of service Blossom Home Care Ltd provide to our uncle. They have worked very hard to ensure calls were covered even in the most difficult circumstances over recent days.
