I have used Alpenbest for several months and found their professionalism outstanding. There has been a care package put in place that has met our needs in full and communication has been regular, honest and constructive. I would highly recommend the services of Alpenbest.

Well done to all the girls. I am very pleased with all the care and support given. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The carers were amazing, I could not fault them on anything, very caring, polite and helpful. A big thank you to all the girls that cared for me. If I ever need care in the
future, I would like this company.

We count our blessings as Alpenbest have been superb from our very first meeting and assessment; to our day-to-day experience of them through the marvellous Live-in Carer to the wonderful team who visit my mother 3 times a day. Having had a terrifying experience with a different agency (who had
awards, and a website with lots of promises - take care before signing) we were extremely cautious in looking again. Thankfully Alpenbest has been brilliant. The fact many of the team have been with Alpenbest for years speaks volumes. Every carer has been cheerful and caring with my mother. The admin team are responsive and helpful. We were lucky enough to have seen their carers regularly visiting others in our neighbourhood. It was always the same team so we had some confidence in what the agency might be like. In 6 years, this is our 4th agency and I can say we are overjoyed with changing to Alpenbest. The team are, by far, heads above the rest. Thank you Alpenbest. You are superb!

Fantastic level of service, from a great professional team and company. Having full trust in a reliable team, gives me great peace of mind while I am away from the house. Having confidence in carers who are very empathetic to their clients and who give reliable, daily feedback regarding any health
issues and any product supply suggestions, is very important. The staff feel more like friends than carers and always work with the client's dignity and respect, as their main objective. I cannot think of a thing that could be improved. Fantastic level of care. Thank you.

We were very nervous about having carers for the first time ever. With all the issues our friends and families had encountered we weren't hopeful and dreading it despite needing the help. Thank goodness we persevered and gave it a chance because our lives are much easier with the help from
Alpenbest. From the excellent carers to the swift action of the office when there is an unexpected problem, we can't fault the service we have received.

Alpenbest started providing care to my Mum when she came out of hospital in February, visiting four times a day to assist with transfers using a hoist. All the carers have been kind to Mum and respect her wishes. She has got to know the group of carers who visit her and they often have a good laugh.
When new carers have been introduced, they have had an opportunity to shadow a carer who already knows Mum which has helped with continuity of care. Alpenbest always email the schedule for the following week in advance but don't always let us know if there are any changes. They have been good at phoning to let us know if a carer is running more than 30 minutes late which is quite rare.

Alpenbest took over my care at the end of November and the care I have been receiving has been very good. I get along with my full-time carer and as well as being looked after we have a good laugh and always find something to talk about. I trust him fully and he treats me with respect and caters for
my needs. There has been a few occasions when my carers have been late on his day off but I don't mind that too much as things happen, traffic or another reason may come into play. A phone call, if they are to be more than an hour late, would be nice though which has only happened twice (same carer but not my full-time carer) just so I know and I'm not just sitting here wondering where they are. Overall I don't have anything bad to say really.

Alpenbest were chosen by the NHS when my Dad was discharged from hospital. They have been fantastic. We are now paying for care and we have continued with them and I would not go with anyone else. All the carers are lovely but they have recognised my Dad's needs and we have the same carer 6 days a
week who is so good with my Dad and has found the best way to work with him. They have been willing to change care plans at short notice when my Dad has been in hospital. My Dad looks forward to seeing his carer and all the carers are so nice and caring and I look forward to them coming as well. I feel very lucky that we have found this company of carers. It feels like the carers are friends not just carers. I would recommend them to anyone.

My mother usually has 3 regular carers, one of them was on holiday for 3 weeks during November. I had the 2 other carers and a new carer to his rota. The newer carer was lovely and picked up mum's routine very well and my opinion is that she would be an excellent main carer just along the same
standard (excellent) of who I consider to be mum's main carer (who does not drive).

I felt l must leave a review on this brilliant company. My mother has been under the care of Alpenbest for a number of years while she was able to walk and also now she is bed bound.
Every carer we have had over the years have been very professional wonderfully caring and have treated my mother
with complete dignity. Alpenbest should be very proud of these girls for promoting such a caring company. Over the years l can honestly say l have not had one reason to complain. Well done to all of you who make this company very special.

The care I have been given has been considerate, kind, courteous, careful, understanding and encouraging. Timekeeping has been good. I have really appreciated their help as I am dependant on the help of carers.

The care for my father is absolutely excellent. He has his carer come in 3 times daily and dad really likes him, and his care and service to my dad is exemplary. Nothing is too much and the house is always clean and tidy. Nothing but praise for the carer and our family's thanks to him!

I have been using Alpenbest South for 4 years now and my carer is amazing. The company I would highly recommend, as the service they give is outstanding thank you for the continued care and support. Always friendly and very helpful I don’t know what I would do without them.

Some carers are very good with my husband. The agency sometimes needs a prodding in the right direction. I chase for timesheets for most weeks. No communication when carers leave/change/not available etc.
