Angel Care looked after my father for many years and now looks after my mother.
We had 2 different agencies for my mother before Angelcare.
They were both very poor with high staff turnover/poor training and very poor management.
We were therefore delighted when Angelcare found space to look
after my mother.
Their carers are trained well and actually care.
They spend time talking with my mother which is so important given they may be the only people she sees during the day.
There will be occasional problems or a change in our requirements but these have always been dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Angelcare.

Angelcare provide excellent care and support for my mother 3-4x/day, 365 days/yr. They administer her daily medication, make her 3 meals a day, wash and dress her and ensure her flat is tidy. They rotate bedding and clothes regularly ensuring it's clean. Very importantly they take a genuine interest
in her as a person. She really looks forward to their visits as she lives alone.

Can't fault the care Mum was given for the few days while at home. Very polite staff on entering to leaving the premises, always discussing everything they were doing to care for Mum. Can't thank them enough for everything they have done for her in the short time they were with us.
