Visits for my mother Pamela are one per day in morning. Two-man teams. We happily have core team of carers. Carers know what to do and where things are to do their work. Overall ladies are bright and cheerful; Mum looks forward to visits. When possible will appreciate any remaining visit time,
after care tasks, will be used to talk with Mum, before leaving.

The Classic Angels Care Group.
To my partner and myself they are Angels and they Care.
For a number of years now we have them to our home to give care to my partner and respite for myself, they are dedicated and committed to looking after her while I have a break.
They look after her hygiene ,
preparing her food etc, conversing and showing compassion. On my return she is always happy.
The app they use is very useful as it gives at a glance what has happened during each visit. I have peace of mind knowing that my partner is In safe hands.

An excellent service from very kind and caring people. Nothing is too much trouble and communication is good. Aunty is well looked after and her needs are catered for. I can relax, reassured that Aunty is safe and cared for.

My elderly mother has been receiving help from Angels for a number of years now and she is very happy with their care and support. Each of her carers have become more like friends and she looks forward to their visits. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

Since my original enquiry everything has been handled promptly and efficiently. Care for mum was arranged quickly and she has been very happy with the care given. She likes seeing generally the same carers so she can build a bit of a relationship with them. They treat her with care and respect. I
find the app very useful, I can see at a glance who's going in and when they've been and if there's been any issues. An invoice query was dealt with straight away. Would highly recommend.

I have nothing but praise for all involved with the care my Mother is and has received.
The app has provided me with peace of mind about how my Mum is twice a day.
My Mums health and wellbeing has improved significantly since Classic Angels have been involved,

I was absolutely delighted when one of the Angels arranged to take my mum for a haircut and blow dry at a local hairdressers. Mum had a fantastic time and looked beautiful when she came back home. Thank you so much to the Angels!

Mum loves her 'Angels'. She's always telling me how kind and lovely they are. She has her carers every morning to help her with hygiene care and they are always available should we need that extra little bit of help. They've taken mum to have her hair cut and to the GP surgery for a vaccination.
And the Angels are very happy to take mum out and about for a change of scenery too. We are so lucky to have found them! Thank you Angels.

We as a family are so grateful for the lovely care and support that The Classic Angels provide Mum. She enjoys going out on her 121 days with staff for a coffee and a cake and shopping. She also enjoys going to Felixstowe on sunny days for fish and chips by the sea! We are so grateful for the
excellent care that the team of Angels provide, the staff are always friendly and make Mum smile. Thank you to all of the team.

Faultless! Care given to my mother outstanding, all staff I have met Clean, polite, caring and above all have raised issues that have almost saved my mother's life due to the well-trained staff. I recommend The Classic Angels Care Group to anyone who needs really good care!

My mother has been served by Classic Angels for years now. She has been very happy with their care and help, forming bonds with some of her carers. As a son, I have been very distanced from all this, living in Canada. I am so grateful to the carers for their dedication to her and also for their
communication with me to keep me aware of her situation. This means a lot to me, being her only living relative. I am convinced that she couldn't be in better hands.

Classic Angels have been helping my father and I for more than three years. We have both been very grateful for their support, kindness and care over the years. They have made a difficult situation much easier and we would like to thank them.

They are very pleasant and caring. They always try their best to communicate with us what they are about to do and talk through what they are doing while working. They are very good at clearing up after themselves.

On the day to day care is excellent.

Carers took extra time and effort to take my father to a hospital appointment and then another appointment to have a short procedure. They transported him there, waited and back again, having listened to the doctor and reporting back to me (I live 200mls away). I am very grateful for this additional
care taken by the care company.
Shopping lists are sent to me each week by different carers and in addition, they help my father's dog with his medication and ensure he is fed and let out each day. I cannot help my father from where I live and am very grateful to all of them.

This particular day in October 2023 was our youngest daughter's wedding, so a very important day for us. On this day my husband needed an earlier visit than normal and more time than usual for all his personal care - including the tricky job of putting on his wedding suit! My husband is severely
disabled and can do nothing for himself. All our carers are so lovely and kind and their care for my husband is always of the highest standard. We've been with Angels Care Agency for nearly 20 years and we are so grateful for all their care, support and laughter - we couldn't manage without them. They are like family to us.
