Absolute awful team of carers .there rude use their phones turn up when they want .
Not a clue what to do cannot string English sentence together .
Have let my father make his own cup of tea who is blind deaf while they sat on phone .the whole kitchen was swimming in water they dont wash him they
dont empty his wee bag .please dont get a carer from here they are a nightmare .

Avant is an outstanding company all the staff members are very professional hard working and they are managing very accurately with the rota and other issues and a number of carers are brilliant and even others are also great.

Service is okay during weekdays. Weekends are a mess, can be up to two hours or more late. The carers themselves don’t know when to come! Management of the organisation has to sort themselves out and listen to the telephone complaints as I know I’m not the only one during the weekend suffering from
the time problems. You can’t expect me to suffer in silence when the only excuse is ‘short of staff!’

Very poor service. We can't rely on this agency. Carers are always late, more than half an hour and are careless and rude. The agency just doesn't care, they expect you to do the care yourself. Many times in the past they didn't send the carers, many times in the past the agency called me, asking me
"oh we don't have a carer today, can you please manage."
The agency never listens to the client, well they just don't care.
I do not recommend this agency to anyone.

Very poor company. Very poor management and leadership. Monday to Friday is OK, but weekends are a total letdown.

I am very happy with the carer's who have attended to me, they are all very kind and looked after me well. Especially when I first came home from the hospital.

Overall, I am very pleased with the care we receive for my husband and the main carers that attend my husband are extremely caring and attentive to his needs.
Have had a few issues with carers being very late and not bothering to inform me of lateness and I find this stressful as the idea is to
take and help me with the situation but otherwise. Pleased with help.

Care provided Ok. Generally feel carers (some) need to be a bit more vigilant eg leave lights on in the bathroom, forget to flush toilet, not leave tea stains on bin lid. Just minor things but nevertheless important. Otherwise OK.

Carers are superb. However, I have to regularly contact the office as lunch calls are generally planned too late in the afternoon and carers I am unfamiliar with are booked without prior consultation. I have preferred carers that I will not change.

We are very pleased with the level of care our father has received. The carers are attentive, hard-working, friendly and caring. We consider the carers family friends and deeply appreciate the support they provide.

One of the carers is brilliant, she really cares about her job and always brings a smile to work. Nothing is ever too much and she cheers me up. She is the best.
The staff are extremely helpful and polite. The field-based manager is very helpful and responds to issues quickly and promptly.

Carers are generally on time and on most visits the same team make the call. Having the same carers is important as my mum likes to know the person and have the best relationship. I ticked 'likely' (to recommend) due to lateness issues with carers mainly during holiday periods. My mum has also
requested more time but that is a social service issue.
