In the past, I have used the services of several care providers and without any hesitation I can say that Caremark Malvern and Worcester are by far the best providers. My carers are very kind and considerate which I appreciate very much. My needs are taken care of and I always feel comfortable and
we'll cared for. One other important aspect for me is that I am always able to have a laugh with my carers which after all as they say is the best medicine! Thank you Caremark Team for all you do for me.

On the whole all carers have been helpful and caring. The carers show interest in the service user and family members and try in engage the service user in conversation and respond to his current mood.
They also try to support other family members.

Carers that attend to my husband are always considerate and polite. They check changes with me on a regular basis which ensures continuity of care.
My husband is always addressed politely and procedures are explained as he has a reduced mental capacity.
Overall we are happy with the level of care
provided.

Mum was originally very unsure about having carers. She thought she'd feel that her home wasn't hers. Through the kindness of her care team, she now looks forward to their visits. The care is inconsistently excellent. They are kind and respectful and always looking to improve Mum's quality of life.

I can't speak highly enough of Caremark. The level of professionalism and dedication they show is second to none. Not only do they show a very high level of care to my mum, both on a physical and emotional level, but they also provide a lot of support to me. When dealing with a sometimes stressful
situation, I value this very highly. I would be lost without Caremark. Thank you team!

Caremark have been an incredible care company, truly a cut above the rest. Trust me, I have worked for dozens of care providers and I know quality when I see it. At one point we had another care company providing care for my nan and to put it politely they were terrible. Caremark always put my nan's
needs first and whenever they might be slightly concerned about her health or she needs some shopping done, they will contact me immediately. The manager also keeps me up to date with any changes with regards to my nan. The communication, care, kindness and compassion showed to my nan has alleviated any worries I may have had about her being cared for. To have a philosophy of care written down on paper is one thing but to apply it practically every day is in my opinion quite amazing. I cannot praise them highly enough and believe that they deserve all of the recognition they deserve and more so. Thank you.

Thank you for supporting my mum at home. Without your care and kindness, Mum would not have stayed at home for as long as she did. It allowed us to celebrate Xmas with her before she had to enter residential care. The carers showed kindness and compassion reducing family concerns regarding daily
care. Once again many thanks to you all.

I have found that the nurses from Caremark (Worcester & Malvern Hills) without exception have shown me such respect and kindness. They are understanding, pleasant and extremely patient.

We have been using this company for a few months now. We found them on the internet and phoned them about some help for mum when she needed a shower. They were happy to help and come in twice a week to help. They have built up a good relationship with mum and dad also likes it when the girls
come.
We have recommended them to others before, and they have also started using Caremark recently.

We were looking for live in care for our mum who had fallen and had a hip operation. Caremark was brilliant and got us a carer who has been lovely with my mum. Mum has thoroughly enjoyed having her there. I felt thoroughly comforted knowing she was being taken care of so well.

Caremark has looked after my Mother for a while now and they have done a magnificent job. We weren’t sure whether to change companies but after seeing an advert we decided to call them. The lady on the phone was helpful and they cost less than the company we already had.
The girls that come are
pleasant, seem happy and well trained. Mum gets on well with them all.
I can really recommend this company after trying a few.

The girls in the office were fantastic setting up my mothers care, right from the initial call. They were reassuring and really helpful. They came out to see us the next day and got up and running really quickly.
My mother's health has deteriorated a little over the last few months and having
Caremark visit my Mum helps me and puts peace in my mind when I am not around.
Thank you to the carers that visit, they do a great job.

Sometimes a traumatic event can change your life completely. My husband's death did just that, following a fall, which left me very dependent as he had been my carer. It made me realise that there are many kind, caring and helpful people about. I needed help with showering and was afraid of falling.
Social Services recommended Caremark whose ladies have been so very helpful and let my daughter help which I much appreciated. I was apprehensive but need not have been. I am truly grateful.

We were concerned about having to rely on non-family to support our mother, she is 88 and being looked after at home.
She has been delighted with every helper - all friendly, competent, cheerful and reliable. This is so important for the dignity of someone, who until recently has been so
independent.

You looked after my Mum so that my Dad could keep her with him at home. At first, it was just once a day in the morning. Then twice a day getting her ready for bed. It took two people as Mum couldn't stand and walk very well. Despite this, your staff assisted her walking as much as possible, also
making sure she had her hair brushed and some makeup applied. This personal touch made it so much easier for my Dad to accept help. Unfortunately, Dad suffered a stroke and Mum had to go into a home for respite. If Dad improves we might once again ask you to come in and assist. Thank you.
