Very helpful, carers communicate well. They always maintain dignity while doing personal care. Happy with the company. I would definitely rate 5 stars. Management is always helpful and carers are very compassionate. I would give 100 out of 100. Five stars from me!

The carers are always pleasant, polite and cheerful. They are very respectful of my husband, e.g always knock on bathroom door before going in, ask him what breakfast he would like? Some of the carers ask how he has slept that night? They never rush him either.

Carers supported my dad and cared for my mum. Nothing was never too much for them. I have worked in the care industry for many years and the love, support and knowledge of the staff at Carerose Cares impressed me (which is very difficult to do sometimes). Two staff members in particular also
supported us through the years too with mum and would visit if there would be any concerns. Highly recommended even if you feel like you do not want or need any support, these carers will do what it is you require.

All staff provide the care and compassion my 90 yr old mum deserves. Management go above and beyond their role to provide extra cover at short notice and help with any issues we have. Not only does my mum feel very much cared for but as a family we feel fully supported!

The staff's expertise in catering to various disabilities and their rigorous willing procedures instill confidence. They really
took care of my mother and I could live peacefully.

Carerose are an absolutely fantastic caring company. All of the carers are so wonderful and compassionate, they really do look after my mother so very well. I feel they are part of my family as we see them every day. They are cheerful and listen and are interested in my mother’s wellbeing. They are
kind people who love their role of caring for people. I would highly recommend them. The office staff and manager are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. They always help to accommodate anything that is needed.

My husband was provided with care for six hours each Saturday, to provide respite, so I could have a break from 24/7 care. The carer was the kindest and most patient, honest and respectful man, quiet and considerate in his manner. My husband warmed to him and they developed a good relationship. This
of course allowed me to relax and know my husband was in good hands. The carer provided a reliable service and we could not be more pleased. Thank you so much for making a difficult time so much more bearable.

The care and support while caring for my wife. Was exceptional. Sadly my wife lost her battle against poor health. Carers were very supportive when my wife’s needs became difficult for me to cope with and always gave advice on how to do things. I recommend this company wholeheartedly.

I find the staff treat my husband compassionately and with dignity. Mostly, the staff are on time, but occasionally they are late due to traffic problems or their workload, but they usually let me know if they are going to be late.

Carers are hard-working, always friendly and very helpful, on time and if they are delayed they always let me know.
