I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional service provided to my mother by the staff at 3HA. Their support has truly made a significant difference in her care and wellbeing.
From the moment they began working with us, the team has been incredibly helpful and kind. They not
only demonstrated professionalism and expertise but also took the time to understand my mother's unique needs and preferences. Their compassionate approach has made her feel comfortable and valued, which has been invaluable during this time.
I could not have asked for a better service provider. The dedication and commitment shown by your staff have exceeded my expectations, and I am profoundly appreciative of all their efforts.

The staff that looked after my friend was absolutely amazing, caring and compassionate. On occasion was a little late but we was always notified by the office staff. Never did we have to complain.
All the care revolved around the needs and wishes of my friend, nothing was ever to much trouble.

The staff were always caring and happy to help my mum who can't walk and was very unwell for some time. They went above and beyond taking my mum's individual needs on board every day. I can't recommend them highly enough. They were brilliant! We had 2 carers 4 times a day over a long period of time.
The office staff were also extremely helpful.
