The services and attention we have received from the care company are excellent. We cannot praise the carers who come enough. They are always very cheerful with lovely smiles and cheerful words. The attention to detail is very good and everything is left very clean and tidy.

Since my sister came back home from hospital, I am very happy with the care she is receiving. The communication has been very good between management and carers and all issues have been resolved and care plans followed. The management communicating with the families of the person receiving the care
has also been excellent, and the manager has checked that all is well.

There wasn’t any care given at all from this agency, after I had reported concerns to the management, there was no improvement, the result now being that yesterday my sister was admitted to hospital by her GP.
