The Care Agency have been providing wonderful care for my mother who is elderly with dementia. The carers are very attentive and patient with my mum who in turn is very happy with her carers. They look after her well and attend to all her needs promptly. The Care Coordinator sorts out the Rota and any ongoing queries quickly. She is nice and very approachable.

One of our mums allocated carers from the agency is great - she looks after our mum very well, is very respectful, friendly and caring to my mum, ensuring mums wishes are taken into account in all aspects. The administration is also faultless and co-ordination of staff and managing the rota for the care is very efficient.

The care coordinator is a very respectable and responsible as well as being quick to help me and my daughter when needed. Shes a great coordinator and always us focussed on giving thr best services through the carers she sends to our house. Also the complain officer who is also very professional and great with management and resolving issues

We have been receiving care services from Caring Hands for my father over the past four and a half years, and our experience has been consistently excellent. The standard of care provided has been exemplary, and our family is extremely pleased with the support and attention given. Our assigned carer is always punctual, professional, and attentive. Any concerns or issues that arise are addressed promptly and resolved efficiently, which reflects the team's commitment to high-quality service. I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service provided by CARING HANDS, particularly due to the tireless efforts of their coordinator. She has been nothing short of amazing-consistently going above and beyond to ensure both service users and carers are well-supported. Her dedication is evident in every aspect of her work. She ensures that carers are punctual, professional, and fully committed to delivering the highest standard of care. What stands out most is her constant availability-no matter the issue, she's always there to listen and respond with practical solutions. Caring Hands East London agency is very professional, the care givers are given excellent training. They are highly skilled. The team work and spirit is highly appreciated. I spoke to the managers about my health problems and what care I needed during an assessment and they completely disregarded that information. Then they gave me a carer that was not capable of doing anything that I needed her to do. I would ask the carer to do something and she would simply not do it. Sometimes I wondered if she understood English. She did. She simply did not do what I asked. She would huff and seem fed-up with me, and would not do it. This made me feel guilty for asking her to do, what I had paid her to do! I am paying for this with my own money because the NHS has abandoned me, yet again. I asked her to wash my hair a certain way, she didn't want to. She kept pulling it roughly and causing more breakage than necessary. I asked her if she has experienced wheeling people to places, using public transport, planning and following journeys, setting up the wheelchair, etc., and she said "yes" but did none of it.

My mother's care has become worry free due to the quality and concern of her carers and the vigilance and support of her care coordinator. Their interest in her well being is ongoing and active so I don't have to feel like I'm alone in supporting her. Great team and even the management team, all the way to the owner know her name and issues and are helpful and knowledgeable too.

I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Caring Hands. My carers are both very compassionate, caring, and responsible, they take good care of me! My coordinator is also brilliant and keeps me up to date if there are any changes with the care staff. He always responds to my texts and calls promptly even when I contact him in the middle of the night, which is impressive. Overall both my carers and coordinator are brilliant and I am satisfied with their service.

Caring Hands are an excellent agency. They have been providing care for my mum for nearly 18 months. The main carers are caring, conscientious and thorough. They provide a high level of care. The care coordinator, along with the management, is responsive and helpful, with excellent communication. I am very appreciative of all of their help and support.

I am very satisfied with the service my sister is getting. I have no complaints about anything. My sister is used to the carer, and the carer knows how to handle my sister's everyday needs. Getting my sister ready when it's time to go to the day centre. The care coordinator is the one I get in touch with when I have any issues regarding the timetable for my sister's carer. He is changing things around to accommodate my sister's needs. The care coordinator always contacts me for feedback on how the carer towards my sister is going.

All the staff are very professional and apply great care and diligence in their work. They are highly experienced and provided the utmost detailed information and training to their staff. All the processes and procedures were explained thoroughly as possible and I am very happy to be in contact with the organisation. The managers and all other staff members demonstrated excellent knowledge and professionalism.

My father has now passed away and the company have followed up on me since. The services provided were very good with minimal disruptions. I would like to say a big thank you to everyone involved.

Carers don’t come on time and the care coordinator does not contact me to inform me. Most times they can’t send another carer when the one carer lets them down. This leads to many hours left uncovered, and greatly affects my quality of life.
