The care staff member was excellent arrived in good time to settle in and reacquaint herself with Mum .
The first night Mum fell and the care worker did all the right things and rang me to speak to the paramedics when they wouldn't listen to Mum or her.
She recognised her need for rest and
organised extra support and equipment .
Although we were abroad we felt Mum was in great hands.
When we returned Mum would have preferred the caregiver to stay!

Staff are very good with me as I'm a wheelchair user as I have a spinal cord injury. The staff support me with everything I need.

Our carer Mavis is amazing.
She is caring, loving, efficient, happy and a lovely person.
We could wish for no-one better. Long may she continue caring for her, preferably forever! She provides Mum with excellent food and is a credit to her company.

The carers who look after my daughter are friendly professional, supportive, understanding and look after her very well I appreciate how well they have bonded with her and have her best interest at heart. I don't know what I'd do with out them

Excellent care agency, always go the extra mile to provide the best care for my mum. Carer always puts my mums needs first and fully trust my mum is in safe hands. Amazing service. Would recommend to anyone who needs care

Excellent service to help me with my goals and always there for any problem. A really good range of activities that suit me and I'm aloud to have an input into what we do on those days. Really good communication with my family which keeps everyone in the know.

My mother has been bedridden since suffering a stroke a year ago and requires a live-in carer and a double handler to visit daily. We use Blessing's Care and are generally happy with the professional and dedicated staff who are always polite and kind to Mum. My only criticism is that the agency
needs to improve its communication with its clients and live-in carers to ensure we're all on the same page when there are staff changes, pending leave, or administrative changes.

I've been with them for about a couple of months and so far I'm enjoying it because they are one of the best companies I've been with and they actually listen to my opinion and they take me to places

My sister has received care from Blessings Care for quite a while now and we have always been satisfied. Unfortunately late in May we suffered an unexpected bereavement which meant her care needed to be increased.
The team at Blessing could not have been more helpful, caring and understanding and
have shown nothing but kindness towards my sister and also myself. I am thoroughly grateful and happy with the care they provide.

I have been with Blessing's Care Ltd for at least two years. In that time, I have been assisted with preparing meals and helping me with day to day household chores. Also they assist me when I take my medication. The carer's are very polite and helpfull. And they chat to me which is very enjoyable.
They provide a good service to me.

We have been using Blessing's Care Ltd for the last 3 1/2 months. We are happy with the care received. They help with showering and dressing and are patient, friendly and helpful.

I have been using Blessing's Care for the last 6 months and I am very happy with the care I have received. The team are fantastic and always go the extra mile to ensure I am very well cared for. They offer a wide around the clock assistance and care, they also help me with my day to day household
chores and activities. Sometimes they just sit with me and chat, which I thoroughly enjoy as I don't get out as much as I would like.
I can't thank the care team enough as they provide a wonderful service and I feel very well cared for.
