I have been using HRM Homecare Services since July 2024, and I am very grateful for the care I receive by their professional team. During their daily visits, they spare no effort in delivering their very best. They are friendly and patient, and most importantly, they know how to treat me with dignity. I can't thank them enough for the wonderful service they provide.
The care package provided by HRM allows my relative to remain safe in their own home. Staff are always friendly and compassionate. We have a regular team, so we recognise who they are and they take time and effort to get to know my relative beyond the care plan basics and are able to recognise and alert us when things are a bit "off" or not quite right. Office staff are kind and helpful and able to help us make changes to the care plan as needed and support us when medical needs change. Thank you all.
I was very happy with the service that HRM Homecare services provided to my husband. In addition to making meals, the carer provided companionship and ensured that my husband was safe and comfortable.
Reliable provision of care visits twice per day. Excellent empathy of carers to brother with reduced mobility and several disabilities. Tagtronics App a real bonus to view how visit has gone; feedback and time of entry + leaving.
Could not get better service.
The last six month period my mother has had good regular care visits with no issues. Her care works out best when it's the same group of carers and not new faces.
Very happy with care given to my brother. The two regular carers have a good relationship with him.
The staff are amazing. My uncle is doing so well with the support he receives which leaves me with no worries.
My mum and I both appreciate all the care, help and support given by you on a daily basis. Your assistance is essential to allow my mum to continue to live at home as independently as she can. It is also a source of comfort to all the family knowing she is receiving such good care.
Arrived on morning of Wed 20/11/24 to check on mum as carer left - visibly saw them leave mum's flat. Found mum had been left in wet bed 9.50am no breakfast no fluids and next carer visit was not due until 12.30pm. The app said 'all well 'by carer! I cleaned, dressed and helped mum up then gave her tea and toast. Had I been unable to drop in that day at that time Mum would have been in wet bed hungry and thirsty for several hours. This is not an isolated incident and has been raised with the Operations Manager. Investigation ongoing.
Always on top of their jobs and happy to go the extra mile for clients. Both regular attendees are first class and provide courteous and top service in a pleasant and discreet manner. They are a pleasure to do business with.

Staff arrive promptly, are friednly and have a very good relationship of trust with the client.
I have always felt that staff working for HRM Homecare have attended to my mother's needs in a caring and respectful manner. I am kept up to date with any issues which might occur. The app is a useful tool as I do not live close to my mum and I know when she was visited by the carers (who and when). Overall positive experience.

They help her with medication and personal care. The carers provide a good service to my mum and give us, her family, a sense of security and that she is being cared for.
