Spot-on - all we can say they live up to their name.
Excellent management care.
So caring.
All girls are lovely.
All work hard.
Nothing a bother to any of the girls and management team.
They cared for both our parents since November 2021.
Sadly we last our mum on New Years Day! But the
care, dignity and love they gave my mum in the weeks of looking after her were next to nothing.
We wish we had this care company over four years ago when Mum first had the stroke, as she thought they were her angels and breath of fresh air. Last few weeks when Mum became not well, they gave my mum the care she greatly deserved and dignity to the end. We still have the girls for Dad, and he chats away to them and improves daily. The Spot-on team, we can't thank you all enough for looking after our mum and dad with excellent care and dignity they greatly deserve.

If you ever have to use carers, don't hesitate to give Spot-in a call; you won't be disappointed and receive 100% plus.

The care manager is exceptionally good, who is well supported and valued by her dedicated team. They are professional, supportive and have a genuine concern for their clients. My mother's care plan has been thoroughly thought through, it has made an immense difference to her quality of life.

The care for my gran is fantastic, really making sure she is ok every day and any other support she needs. We just need to get her out, as she is in the house all the time and needs that encouragement to keep motivated. Thank you for your care so far.

Carers are for Mum who is 83 and struggles with her memory. Spot-on have been excellent and actually really care about Mum and ring me if they have any concerns, which is good. Mum feels at ease with them now but it was strange at first as she never had people just coming in. She is very pleased
with them all and would like to thank them all for their support.

We have been using Spot-on Healthcare to assist with my Gran's care for a few months and I can honestly say the carers have been invaluable to our family. They treat my Gran with respect and dignity whilst being very warm and caring towards her.
They are very approachable and accommodating to the
needs of client and family as well.
We have been very pleased with the service we have been provided so far and would have no hesitation to recommend them to anyone looking for a care agency.
