The carers always had PPE on. They were attentive and caring and looked after my Mum very well. The manager was very helpful and always available to speak to and kept me informed of any issues.

This company were very punctual, the coordinator was available at all times if we had a query or needed to make changes to the package, the carers were always cheerful and very attentive, on two occasions making the decision to call 999 which ultimately saved our Mother's life. Could not recommend
Eureka highly enough.

Call themselves carers, no PPE, not putting medication within reach for the patient to take, leaving the patient in dirty clothes and underwear, not helping them wash, and asking visiting relatives to administer medication because they need to get to another job. Basically, they are negligent, this
person ended up back in the hospital.
