The staff at Wetherby Home Care have been invaluable. After a stay in the hospital, I increased my calls for a few weeks and they were so accommodating and sent the same carer so I didn't get stressed with someone new. Their service is unfaltering.

The level of care Mum receives is overall excellent and she has a lovely rapport with her friendly team of carers. On the few occasions where a procedural issue arises Wetherby Home Care deal with it promptly and satisfactorily.
Seeing first-hand that Mum is happy and safe in her own home is very
reassuring to her family.

Overall, I am pleased with the care given to my mother. It gives me peace of mind knowing that she is safe and that she receives her medication. The staff are very kind and patient. There have been a couple of minor issues which have been quickly resolved as soon as I made the office staff aware.
Communication is excellent. They have tried hard to provide continuity of care which I feel is very important.

Thoroughly recommend Wetherby Home Care as they and their staff provide not only care but friendly and efficient service.
They try to keep the same carers to visit in order to build up a relationship with the client. All carers are friendly and have become friends with the family. They provide not
only care but companionship by getting to know their client.

Care provided for morning and evenings is generally very good, any unscheduled needs are provided with no complaint (bearing in mind the limited time allowed per visit). The only problem is the somewhat erratic visiting times which is no doubt due to daily incidents with various patients, aged
people like to have a set routine! Overall very pleased.

Always polite and considerate and a friendly team. All tasks are accomplished with knowledge and expertise. Bright and cheerful and a pleasure to be on the premises. I would recommend them to people of fragile nature, they are all like family!
