My Mum sadly passed in January 2026. I have nothing but praise for Empathy Care Hertfordshire ( Hemel Hempstead) They looked after Mum for a few years. The carers were kind, thoughtful and were always happy to meet her every need. This included playing her favourite music, looking through her photo
albums and watching the tv with her. I would absolutely recommend Empathy Care.

Well, what can I say.. Firstly, this care company looked after my lovely mum for nearly 3 years, in the beginning mum didn't really need specialist care, she had dementia which initially could be handled.. as the dementia got worse and in its final stages, all I can say is, empathy care we're
amazing, they handled every need of mum with, care, love, attention , dignity and support to her every need, Gargan, was mums main carer, she had an amazing relationship , caring and friendship with my mother, she adored her and so do we, I couldn't wish for anyone else to have cared for my dear mum, Every carer who helped , Kiran, Sid, Ashley and the manager Leo, were more than helpful on numerous occasions! not just with mum but also our needs! Again, thank you x We couldn't have done this without you
