Silverjen has been providing personal care to my wife for just over two years, as I am no longer able to do it safely on my own. My wife is severe stage Alzheimer, having been diagnosed at 53. Silverjen has been AMAZING, four visits per day, and has adapted to our needs and my wife's weight bearing.
We now need to use the hoist for morning call, lunchtime, tea time and bed time. Happy to shower every morning, shampoo every other day. Long hours but they never complain, on the contrary, happy and chatty and a pleasure to have in the house. Loving care. Silverjen also provides live-in respite care usually four nights every three or so months when I get away for a break.The live in usually arrives the afternoon or night before to enable a good handover. And the occasional 3-4 hours for a special night out like an art class. Silverjen is ANAZING. Great organisation. Lovely people. Much recommended.
