AM2PM have been so supportive and helpful getting my parents supported in their new home and allowing them to live as independently as possible. They set up what we needed, they do all they can within thei remint in the time they have. It is obviously an emotional and anxious time getting these things in place, everyone there is supportive and helpful. They are great at communicating any issues and respond quickly. I cannot recommend them highly enough. When I have been at my parents when the carers are there, they are so joyful and chatty that it wondeful to chat with them and you know they are a safe pair of hands.

AM2PM have supported my dad at home for 18 months. We have had to make several changes to the care package in that time to respond to his changing needs. The care manager and the central team have been excellent in communicating with me when challenges have arisen. They have also been very flexible and accommodated changes to the care plans. The care staff who have visited dad at home have treated him respectfully and he has really enjoyed getting to know them. They have followed their procedures when he has fallen to ensure his safety. He has been able to stay at home as long as he has in large part because of the care from the AM2PM team- many thanks.

Mum has been receiving care from AM2PM for several years now and up until 2023 my parents in law too. I continue to be so thankful for their care; how carers become like family , their love, care and dedication to Mum is exemplary and how they continue to enable Mum to remain in her own home which is so important to her. Mum is becoming frailer, slower in her mobility but carers meet her where she's at and ensure she is cared for in every way, giving her time, compassion and understanding. And it's the little things which mean so much like celebrating her birthday; being an amazing support to me (thank you SO much to one member of staff, recently for the support you have given me when things have got really difficult) . One of the things that really stands out is the continuity of carers so Mum and I really build relationships with her carers; this means so much to me and to Mum too. I just want to thank the whole team, carers and office staff, for your care, compassion and communication.

My husband requested male carers and they were excellent. They were on time, caring and careful. What helped my husband a lot was that they engaged him in conversation particularly about cricket, which he enjoys.

My mother has been cared for by AM2PM for six months now and I can highly recommend all of the carers in their team. She has three visits a day. The carer team has been of huge benefit and support to my mum who had her third fall and was in rehab for a month last year. She has since been diagnosed with Parkinson's so her mobility is impaired. They help her with getting washed, dressed and light meals, getting ready for bed etc. We recently had a week holiday respite and the agency added a visit to provide a hot meal for my mum. The agency are good at informing us if a carer will be late. My mother lives with me in a granny flat in our grounds. It was a concern how all this might work but it has been seamless and invaluable and I highly recommend AM2PM.

We were first introduced to AM2PM when my husband was being discharged from hospital late December 2023. They were able to start immediately and supported us until the Local Authority rehab team could attend. After a period of time we needed more support and contacted AM2PM again and never looked back. They always ensured that my husband had the same team of carers; each of them very special in their own quiet patient way. Always understanding and respectful. Eventually we needed to have overnight care twice a week, again the same carer came each night giving me a chance to sleep. AM2PM were very flexible, helping at very short notice, they were always able to support us. Sadly our situation has changed and we no longer need carers, however I would unhesitatingly employ them again if needed and highly recommend them.

My blind step mother sadly lost her son and then my father in the last 2 years. She was having terrible trouble overcoming the grief and her mental and physical health had deteriorated greatly. She ended up being taken to hospital. On her release we found AM2PM on a google search and they set up a care package within 12 hours. Since then we have tweaked the plan on several occasions, firstly increasing the time spent and then setting up a companionship package. This has been seamless and AM2PM have been very accommodating even when my step mother decided to go on holiday at short notice, they stopped and reintroduced the package without any quibble. The staff are all so very accommodating and flexible and friendly. Nothing is too much for them. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to entrust their loved ones care in someone else for whatever reason. Her physical and mental health has really improved immeasurably since AM2PM have become involved a real godsend.

The care you all gave to my mum was outstanding. Particularly two ladies. They were so caring and patient with her and we know she could be difficult at times. AM2PM Has been caring for my mother who has Alzheimer's for the past two years. Not only have they provided consistent quality care for her, but they have also provided consideration and accommodation for our family. The care giver's work tirelessly during challenging moments with regard to my mother's care, and always ensure a safe and consistent positive outcome for her. We are tremendously grateful to the AM2PM team. It is such a well-organized and dedicated company with high standards of wonderful caregivers. As my mother's disease progresses, we have seen her daily quality of life remain stable, safe, and well cared for with her live-in caregiver. We are deeply grateful to see what time remains of her life, spent with dignity and love.

I would like to thank you and the team that have supported both my Mum and Dad over the years. My sister and I cannot thank you all enough the support your team has given my parents and my sister and I is second to none. From the bottom of our hearts we cannot thank you enough. I would be remiss if I didn't mention one man. The bond he has with my Dad is brilliant his care and patience with Dad during his grumpy times has been fantastic. Although Dad's illness getting worse has at times been challenging his positive happy approach has been such a help to both my father and me and my sister. Again thank you to you and your wonderful team. Please pass on my and my sisters thanks for all the help they have given my parents a us over the years.

I only have good things to say about AM2PM. Throughout the year on numerous occasions, I have called the office to change my hours for different appointments. They are very understanding and they always make the necessary changes. To date, I have never missed an appointment and I have been with AM2PM for over 5 years. When I was admitted to hospital AM2PM cancelled my calls. When I was being discharged they were in touch with the hospital to make sure when returning home that I had my usual support the next day. The carers themselves are very friendly and supportive, so it is very easy to get along with them. So very happy to recommend AM2PM.

The care was excellent and back-office support was timely. My father required help with day-to-day activities like showering and daily exercise routine which the team helped with patience. The carers are very professional and undertake their duties very well.

I was worried at first about carers coming into the home to look after my very sick father however I need not have worried. All the carers that came to look after him, sometimes up to four times a day, treated him with dignity, kindness, and respect. He was able to build up a rapport with them and because of this, I was happy to trust them to look after him. I must admit, it took a while to establish a routine, and sometimes the times varied quite a bit but once that was sorted out it all ran smoothly.

The care was excellent, thank you! Back-office support was a bit lacklustre at times, probably this was a function of the lockdown with people working at home/sick etc. So overall it was a very good experience.

The carers dealing daily with my Mother could not be kinder or more efficient. Their attention to detail is outstanding and they really take great care of and with my Mother. I could not ask for more from them. It is a great weight off my mind, knowing that they are helping my Mother. Theirs is a difficult and skilled job and they do it brilliantly. We really appreciate it. My dealings with the office have also been excellent: very responsive and proactive staff.

I just wanted to write a thank you to all the ladies that looked after mum before she went to hospice. I know that sometimes all that is done is overlooked because of grief so before that kicks in I just wanted to express my thanks from me and my family for all the care mum received at home. Thank you seems very little but all who just chatted to mum ‘normally’ about their day etc whilst taking care of her that was so appreciated.

The carers are always respectful, very courteous and sensitive to my needs and wishes. They always treat me with dignity and communicate with me effectively. The staff that work in the office are very friendly and approachable.

AM to PM care looked after my mum for approx 4 years and the last couple of years of her life and I think it was only the support of them which prolonged her life a little longer. All of the carers that visited my mum daily were exceptional, my mum was a very difficult client and they were able to work with her through all her dramas and difficulties. At times my mum's needs were so high I felt sorry for the agency but they always rose to the challenging changes in my mother’s circumstances. I have to particularly highlight the support that I received from the management team they were able to not only update me constantly on my mum's care but also give me advice on the care act, my mum's rights and things that I might need to claim for or be mindful off. Without that support I think I might of had a breakdown - it’s not easy having a sick and elderly mum. I just want to thank all the staff from the bottom of my heart and hope that when the time comes I will have the same exceptional care.
