My family has been absolutely delighted with the care provided to my mother and father by AM2PM over the two years since we engaged them. We could not have had a more positive experience. Without exception, the Carers have been thoughtful, kind and considerate. Our needs have varied considerably, from daily look-ins to end-of-life care, and the service has been extremely flexible and accommodating. We would like to express our profound thanks to all concerned.

I was just disappointed that I was not allowed to give them all a thank you gift. They deserved something but would take nothing.

From the very first point of contact to the completion of the contract, all the staff at AM2PM have been of the highest professional standard. At a very challenging and constantly changing time, the patience, help, organisation & extreme flexibility of the Management couldn't have been better. Every member of the caring team helping my father was extremely courteous, dignified and skilled, but most importantly their cheerful demeanour and attitude and their unsolicited extra help kept his spirits up during a very difficult period. If anybody asked for a recommendation for Home Care I would immediately direct them to AM2PM convinced they would be very pleased with the outcome.

When I have been at my parents when the carers are there, they are so joyful and chatty that it wondeful to chat with them and you know they are a safe pair of hands.

AM2PM have supported my dad at home for 18 months. We have had to make several changes to the care package in that time to respond to his changing needs. The care manager and the central team have been excellent in communicating with me when challenges have arisen. They have also been very flexible and accommodated changes to the care plans. The care staff who have visited dad at home have treated him respectfully and he has really enjoyed getting to know them. They have followed their procedures when he has fallen to ensure his safety. He has been able to stay at home as long as he has in large part because of the care from the AM2PM team- many thanks.

Mum has been receiving care from AM2PM for several years now and up until 2023 my parents in law too. I continue to be so thankful for their care; how carers become like family , their love, care and dedication to Mum is exemplary and how they continue to enable Mum to remain in her own home which is so important to her. Mum is becoming frailer, slower in her mobility but carers meet her where she's at and ensure she is cared for in every way, giving her time, compassion and understanding. And it's the little things which mean so much like celebrating her birthday; being an amazing support to me (thank you SO much to one member of staff, recently for the support you have given me when things have got really difficult) . One of the things that really stands out is the continuity of carers so Mum and I really build relationships with her carers; this means so much to me and to Mum too. I just want to thank the whole team, carers and office staff, for your care, compassion and communication.

They were on time, caring and careful. What helped my husband a lot was that they engaged him in conversation particularly about cricket, which he enjoys.

My mother lives with me in a granny flat in our grounds. It was a concern how all this might work but it has been seamless and invaluable and I highly recommend AM2PM.

We were first introduced to AM2PM when my husband was being discharged from hospital late December 2023. They were able to start immediately and supported us until the Local Authority rehab team could attend. After a period of time we needed more support and contacted AM2PM again and never looked back. They always ensured that my husband had the same team of carers; each of them very special in their own quiet patient way. Always understanding and respectful. Eventually we needed to have overnight care twice a week, again the same carer came each night giving me a chance to sleep. AM2PM were very flexible, helping at very short notice, they were always able to support us. Sadly our situation has changed and we no longer need carers, however I would unhesitatingly employ them again if needed and highly recommend them.

My blind step mother sadly lost her son and then my father in the last 2 years. She was having terrible trouble overcoming the grief and her mental and physical health had deteriorated greatly. She ended up being taken to hospital. On her release we found AM2PM on a google search and they set up a care package within 12 hours. Since then we have tweaked the plan on several occasions, firstly increasing the time spent and then setting up a companionship package. This has been seamless and AM2PM have been very accommodating even when my step mother decided to go on holiday at short notice, they stopped and reintroduced the package without any quibble. The staff are all so very accommodating and flexible and friendly. Nothing is too much for them. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to entrust their loved ones care in someone else for whatever reason. Her physical and mental health has really improved immeasurably since AM2PM have become involved a real godsend.

The care you all gave to my mum was outstanding. Particularly two ladies. They were so caring and patient with her and we know she could be difficult at times. All the carers who looked after her need to be commended. You, and your company, made her life happier and my life so much easier. Thank you.

We are tremendously grateful to the AM2PM team. It is such a well-organized and dedicated company with high standards of wonderful caregivers. As my mother's disease progresses, we have seen her daily quality of life remain stable, safe, and well cared for with her live-in caregiver. We are deeply grateful to see what time remains of her life, spent with dignity and love.

Thank you for the care that you provide my mother. It gives us the reassurance that she can continue to live happily where she is at the moment. The staff are kind and helpful and inform us if there are any concerns.

The carers themselves are very friendly and supportive, so it is very easy to get along with them. So very happy to recommend AM2PM.

Unfortunately, I can only give 5 Stars, if they had an option I would have given 10 Stars.

The care was excellent and back-office support was timely. My father required help with day-to-day activities like showering and daily exercise routine which the team helped with patience. The carers are very professional and undertake their duties very well.

I was worried at first about carers coming into the home to look after my very sick father however I need not have worried. All the carers that came to look after him, sometimes up to four times a day, treated him with dignity, kindness, and respect. He was able to build up a rapport with them and because of this, I was happy to trust them to look after him. I must admit, it took a while to establish a routine, and sometimes the times varied quite a bit but once that was sorted out it all ran smoothly.

The care was excellent, thank you! Back-office support was a bit lacklustre at times, probably this was a function of the lockdown with people working at home/sick etc. So overall it was a very good experience.

The carers dealing daily with my Mother could not be kinder or more efficient. Their attention to detail is outstanding and they really take great care of and with my Mother. I could not ask for more from them. It is a great weight off my mind, knowing that they are helping my Mother. Theirs is a difficult and skilled job and they do it brilliantly. We really appreciate it. My dealings with the office have also been excellent: very responsive and proactive staff.
