A Star Care Services has been truly amazing. From the very start, they've gone above and beyond to make sure my elderly relative's needs are met, always putting his wellbeing and safeguarding first.
Their communication is outstanding. I receive regular calls from the office to keep records up to
date and to check if there's anything more they can do. It's incredibly reassuring to know they're so attentive, proactive, and genuinely caring.
Most importantly, my relative is very happy with the carers who support him. They make a real effort to send familiar faces he feels comfortable with, which has made a huge difference to his confidence and day-to-day happiness.
Thanks to their dedication and compassion, he's been able to remain in his own home, exactly where he wants to be. They've been absolutely invaluable in helping him maintain his independence and quality of life. I can't recommend them highly enough.

My grandad used A Star Care Services, and the care he got was truly exceptional. The management team was incredibly attentive, always supportive, and quick to address any concerns. The carers themselves were kind, respectful, and treated my grandfather with the utmost dignity, which brought our
family a great deal of comfort. I wouldn't think twice about recommending A Star Care Services to anyone in need of dependable, caring home care.

From our initial meeting in Oct 2025 to date, this care provider has been outstanding.
At a very difficult time, when Mum needed support in order to remain living 'independently at home, we have had nothing but support and understanding from all of the team.
The management have been extremely
flexible and quick to respond to evolving requirements. Everyone has been so easy to talk to, nothing, so far has been unresolvable. As for the carers who visit, they have been kind, patient and supportive. I would like to give special mention to the 'primary carer' who simply goes 'the extra mile' to ensure Mum is happy and comfortable. She is gentle, understanding and importantly extremely pro-active, often knowing what is needed before we do.

Our thanks go to everyone for their efforts. Hopefully, we can all continue to work together to ensure Mum continues to be safe and happy living independently at home

The initial meeting was at our Mum's home. The care plan was arranged and put into place. Everyone from management to care staff were wonderful, kind, friendly and knowledgeable. They gave us advice and listened to us as a family. Our Mum's needs were always put first. We had updates constantly
and were informed of any changes. We used A Star Care for quite along time until Mum needed fulltime care.We would definitely say that if anyone is looking into care for a loved one, please contact A Star Care

Great help and support from A Star Care Services.
They are very understanding and adapt to emerging and changing needs. We frequently had to change the number of visits and they always tried to accommodate.
Couldn't wish for more.

My dad is a typical 80 year old widower with MS, so finding a care company that is reasonably priced and fully able to deal with his needs has been problematic at times.
I'm so pleased that we have now settled in with A Star, their frontline carers get on well with my dad and his well being is
always forefront in their work.
Elsewhere, the back office staff have been excellent to deal with in managing his ongoing needs, meaning there's one less thing that I'm grateful I don't need to worry about.
I can't recommend A Star highly enough, they have been, and continue to be, superb.

I have used A Star for both my elderly mother and uncle. In both cases a care package was required at short notice. Assessments were carried out swiftly and thoroughly, ensuring that care was delivered to meet specific needs. Over a several month period, both my mother and uncle have been impressed
with the quality of care delivered. I have met several of the care staff and found them to be very professional and friendly. When changes to timings have been required at relatively short notice, they have always been delivered. Would throughly recommend this provider.

I had to choose a care company quickly so I could get my husband out of a Hospice. I followed my gut feeling after speaking to Astarcare administrator over the phone, so friendly and warm. After the meeting at home this approach continued and put me completely at ease, nothing was too much trouble
and I learnt there was a solution for any situation. This friendly warm service extends to each of the carers who have come to our home. They are so caring with my husband, we look forward to seeing them, they are professional, attentive ,considerate to us and our home. The office have always been there on the end of the phone to help with any issues that arise or extra needs we have. We couldn't be happier that we chose Astarcare and appreciate the excellent service they provide.

After dealing with a rapid decline in my mother's health A Star Care was amazing from start to finish. They came and did the assessment and listened to all the wants and needs of my mother. Care towards her was top rate. It put me and the Family at ease knowing that my mum was getting all the
support she needed when we were unable to be there. Keeping us up to date with each night sit that was easy to follow and understand. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs care and support.

The company has been great in looking after my nan. I am very happy with them and the management and carers are very good. My nan was struggling to assist herself to the toilet every morning and night, but the company has helped her with her confidence and they give very good advise. Thank you!!

We have been using A Star Care Services for four weeks now and words cannot express how amazing these guys are. My mom is 90, bed bound and has recently been diagnosed with dementia. All of the girls are so kind, caring and empathetic and nothing is ever too much trouble they really do treat my mom
like their own. If like me you are here reading reviews with a potential to use this company I can assure you that you will NOT be disappointed.
They have literally given me my life back knowing that my mom is being so very well looked after.

The carers are very understanding and always ready to listen to you. They help me in various aspects of my life. I was very hesitant initially but my mind was soon changed and I was pleasantly surprised with all the wonderful care I received I could not have asked for a better care provider.

We needed at-home care for my father-in-law.
Our first experience was dealing with one particular member of staff, who came out to put my mother-in-law at ease and to explain the options open to her.
We started with just evening care, but quickly needed to add in additional help in the mornings
and also during the day.
A Star Care couldn’t have been more accommodating - nothing was too much trouble for them.
It’s easily said, but I mean this genuinely - if you’re looking for reliable and friendly care, I can’t recommend this company highly enough.
