Ruby Grange stepped in after my mother's previous home care provider closed down with very short notice. The main carer my mum now has is great. She prioritises the things my mum needs help with: showering, personal care, and keeping things tidy and organised (very important for my mum is registered
blind). Equally importantly I can talk to the carer so I know how my mum is doing and when medical intervention might be needed e.g. spotting that my mum might have a urinary tract infection. I find Ruby Grange are genuinely caring. Ruby Grange can organise extra shifts if needed. Ruby Grange supports my mum but they also support me with their knowledge, professionalism, calmness and kindness.

Carers have been reliable and turn up when they say. They have all been great at understanding and ready to turn their hand to whatever is needed. We have always updated on things when necessary. Even had flowers sent on birthdays and a meal out at Xmas. Thank you.

Ruby Grange Homecare have provided daily care over a number of years to my 100+ year-old mother-in-law. As she has become less mobile, the care package has been increased, allowing her to continue to live independently in keeping with her wishes. Communication is excellent, with up-to-date reports
posted on the app after every visit. A detailed monthly invoice ensures easy checking and payment. Ruby Grange have always gone the extra mile and have never missed a visit. Their staff are personable, competent and helpful. They are a thoroughly professional organisation, with a caring heart. I have absolute confidence in working with them to ensure the best possible quality of life for my lovely mother-in-law.

I have been a client of Ruby Grange since April this year and am very happy with the assistance I have received so far. Any minor issues I have experienced, have been satisfactorily resolved, very quickly. The carers are very supportive and friendly. I would definitely recommend the whole team.

Ruby Grange took on the care of my housebound 101-year-old mother when the previous care provider decided to close their business at short notice. The staff at Ruby Grange went out of their way to ensure that my mother continued to receive the required level of care and domestic support. The
professional, friendly, staff soon gained my mother's trust and the app visit reports allow me and other family members to check on mum's daily progress. I have no concerns about the level of care provided.

Having had a bad experience with my previous Care Provider, I was worried about changing. I need not have been. I have now been with Ruby Grange for over two years. The quality of care is very good. The Carers are polite and well-trained, dealing with any situation with kindness and humour (if
appropriate). Living alone I am grateful for the way in which both Managers and Carers will go the extra mile when needed. Any comments or queries are dealt with quickly.

The carer is very kind, caring and helpful. My husband is very relaxed during her visit and enjoys the experience. We are both very pleased and will continue to use this service and possibly increase the number of visits.

For almost two years now gone, I have used the services of Ruby Grange to facilitate my well-being. And I have been very grateful for the care, ladies' good humour and professionalism.

Ruby Grange provided care for my 99 year old father for a number of months before it became too difficult for him to stay at home and he moved to a nursing home. My mother then had to have care for a few weeks, they were outstanding, the carers knew their job and did it well. I would not hesitate to
recommend them.

Our main carers have maintained a high standard. Always very cheerful and helpful, especially doing their best to keep us clean and comfortable. We look forward to their cheerful arrivals.

Hired as an emergency option following another care providers failure to look after mum. Started off well from 2017. However, by January 2019 issues started to arise that resulted in us reporting serious breaches to relevant bodies. Care manager went as far to use my mother's disability as a get out
for her carers bad conduct. Whilst this is limited to 3 specific carers conduct and others behaviour was more professional and appropriate, I would not recommend using this company unless you want bare basic someone to sit and chat with a coffee. Whilst the care manager herself will give good care with her daughter, do not expect her to deal with her staff that don’t want to give listed care as part of the contract. It’s left us feeling unconfident and my mother very upset she’s been treated with a complete lack of understanding and unprofessionalism.

We have used Ruby Grange for the past 12 months. My sister and I were looking for a local, friendly and flexible care provider for our 82-year-old mother as her immobility and confusion continued to progress. The service we have received has exceeded our expectations and has enabled our mother to
continue living comfortably in her own home.
Ruby Grange is well managed and all of their carers are happy to do whatever is required on their visits. For example, this morning my mother was on the floor when Ruby Grange arrived. The carer comforted our mother and was in constant communication with me, staying beyond her scheduled visit end time until I arrived, to make sure our mother was safely 'picked up' by the paramedics. This example and other incidents over the past year show how much Ruby Grange do for us all. We recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone requiring the highest quality of care. In fact, we have already done so to neighbours who are also enjoying working with Ruby Grange.
