The Carers provided for mum have been caring, professional and punctual. I'm particularly pleased that they use a small number of carers which provides continuity of care and is extremely important when caring for the elderly.

My mother came home from hospital for end of life care. It was a difficult time made all the more bearable by the wonderful support from Hedgerow Home Care. Mum's Carer was the best, she was attentive, professional, and caring, and she gave me confidence to provide care when it was my turn to look
after Mum. I could not have done it without her and will be forever grateful. The office team was responsive to my requests and really helpful. Highly recommend Hedgerow Home Care.

I can't express how grateful I am for the exceptional care and support provided by Hedgerow Homecare LTD for my grandmother! The manager and his team are hands on and speak with us all the time, they're compassionate and so attentive. The carers we have have always been reliable and kind - true
angels! The level of personal attention and genuine concern they show for my grandmother's wellbeing has truly made a difference in the quality of life. I have peace of mind knowing my grandmother is in the hands of such dedicated and caring people. Thank you Hedgerow for everything. I highly recommend!

Most of the carers do a good job! Some need more experience /training. It would be helpful to know what their limitations are. Ie
What they are expected to do, and what we should not ask them to do!

Experienced and friendly staff each time we have used their service they have provided their best carers. They bring their knowledge and positive attitude to the home and are helpful in all areas of care.

My husband and I, who are both in our eighties, have used the services of Hedgerow Homecare since February 2022, after my husband had a bad fall. We have, since then, continued to have help and support from them. The standard has been high at all levels. Most of the time we have been able to have
the same cover and that consistency has been very helpful. All the carers who have helped us have been capable, kind and supportive. The management has been excellent and we have no complaints.

Throughout the past couple of years, Hedgerow has been fantastic when caring for my grandparents. The 24-hour care puts my mind at ease knowing there is support at all times of the day, the kind nature and palliative care they have provided for my grandparents and my family is incomparable.

Overall I am pleased with the care provided by the management at Hedgerow, they are very flexible and try to get the right carer for us, including at short notice. Most of the carers they have provided are really competent and we even enjoy their company, but a few of the carers were not the right
fit for us, that's the only reason I haven't given a full 5-star rating for Staff and Care/Support. We are happy with the communication we have had with the managers and are hoping that with the teething stage now over, we can have a long and satisfactory relationship with this care provider.

The young woman who came for the overnight stay was delightful. I found the whole experience well organised from the moment I first made contact to the last enquiry by phone to make sure I was satisfied, which I was. I told the young man that If the occasion arose I would use and recommend this
agency again.

A superb service! My elderly mother really gets on with her weekend relief carer, who is a lovely woman working to a high standard.
As for the Hedgerow team - so very helpful and pleasant to deal with and responsive.
When our main carer had to go for a medical appointment at short notice a couple
of weeks ago, Hedgerow supplied a professional fill-in carer at very short notice with no fuss or drama. Such a great help. Thank you!
