This year has been a difficult year for my brother. He had to move from his flat which he had lived at for over ten years. The support he was given when moving to his new home was excellent. The transition period was smooth and less daunting because of the preparation before hand.
He broke his arm
after a fall. Again, the care and support was amazing. Taking him to all his doctor and hospital appointments, making sure he was comfortable and not in pain. I am so thankful for all his care and support.

I like to say this is the best care company, as I only had just about 2 months and they have changed my life to be myself again and happy it's that little touch they did for me and they are very caring and helpful. They check on me to see how I am doing and I am very happy to be with you in this
care company. They are lovely caring staff.

Staff are excellent, caring and compassionate. They are accommodating and take me out for activities, making days enjoyable. I get an uplift from seeing the staff.

It's better for staff to write about the service user. Good policy.
I am pleased with the management who are pleasant.
Support is good and pleased to know we share interests.
It's good we share the same religion for sharing/Bible.
I would like to recommend to others.
Match making is good.
Mental awareness is good. Grateful.

Different policy but understand better good explanation.

Professional agency, with caring and gentle staff. All the carers were a great source of help throughout my husband's illness and I could not have managed without their help. Friendly, gentle and caring at all times.

Throughout the pandemic carers were not wearing correct PPE, wearing their own clothes. The evening before my son passed away, one of the carers turned up in her pyjamas and slippers. They had false nails on the whole time, even when I told the care company, they did nothing about it. The district
nurses (they came every day) even spoke to them about their cleanliness ie no uniform and incorrect care given to my son.

I was very pleased with the care my partner had. I was happy to go out shopping and leave my partner with the carers. Dignity - excellent.

Cardea provided information, knowledge, compassion, understanding and empathy at the most stressful and traumatic time for us as a family. The care and respect that my mum received in the last valuable days of her life made more difference than I can ever explain.
Thank you for being such angels.
If I ever need support again, I wouldn't hesitate to call again, in a heartbeat.

Caring and understanding of time needed to assist the client. Helpful to the whole family unit. Friendly and caring. Do not rush the care given.
