My son is always eager to go out with his PA. He enjoys exploring the community with his PA and they already have a bond. My son has enjoyed his holiday with going out with his PA. Overall it has been a positive experience for him.

The Rosemont team has been helpful, friendly and welcoming to me and my son. He loves the lady who works with him and always looks forward to seeing her. Although I've not personally met her I have had very good feedback from other people who work with my son and I am very pleased with the service we've received.

I have had much experience in my professional life with care agencies. I have never come across a care agency so professional and exhibiting such high standards of care. The care agency Supervisor attended the Children's Hospital to learn about what care my daughter would need. The care agency supervisor and her team then attended our home to care for my daughter on discharge. My daughters needs were met to the highest standard by all carers. Training standards are high. Communication has been excellent. Carers have been kind, caring and punctual despite having to travel a long way. The team as a whole show the utmost dedication to their clients. I was quite simply blown away by the standard and level of care received and could not have expected it to be so good. As a result she has made a good recovery from her operation. Very impressed and thankful to all carers involved. The manager is also excellent. Very responsive and went out of her way to help. Nothing was too much.

Professional and well trained staff. Easy communication between parents and the team which also give us peace of mind for daily support. Highly recommend. The best experience of my life. Looking forward for future experience with the provider.

The caregivers who work with my daughter work very closely. They are very friendly. They help with my daughter's activities. They always keep me informed. They check in and out properly and keep me informed. They ask me if there is anything they need to do for my daughter. They take good care of my daughter's safety. Overall, as a mother, I am happy with the way the caregivers who work with my daughter work.

Accommodating and friendly carers. Any changes are easily adapted. The carer who looks after my brother is really good and does an excellent job of looking after my half brother. He is punctual and goes above and beyond at his job.

From the start of the package, every request we made has been fully met. The specific days we asked for our son to be taken out were accommodated, and the staff selected have been perfectly suited to meet his needs. There has been excellent consistency in the carers provided, and each one has taken the time to truly understand our son. I feel completely at ease knowing he is in their care. This is a brilliant agency-honestly, I couldn't fault a single carer. They've all been outstanding.

Very good staff and very polite , very good with my daugther , they take her out and she really enjoy it , plus they take her on public transport for her to get use to it , I am very pleased with them .

Very well-organised team, lovely carer who is very flexible about supporting my son in whatever activities he chooses. Having had a very bad experience with another care company, the team here were happy to share information and training certificates to quell my anxieties.

All staff I have interacted with have one thing in common, making sure my parent is safe and happy with the companion they have put forward. They are kind and courteous at all times. Any unforeseen issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently and I am kept apprised at all times.

Really happy with the care being provided. My sister is well looked after and cared for. If we have any issues we are happy to raise and always feel listened to and opinion is respected. Care package works well and feel that we all work as a team to make sure needs are always met.

We are relatively new to Rosemont but I have to say the carers that I access for my daughter are all very professional but also caring and kind. They are helpful and friendly and will act on their own initiative, preempting when things need to happen.

We are very pleased with the service we’ve received from Rosemont. Our son has had a great experience with his carers and we’ve had no issues whatsoever. We are very pleased and grateful to all the carers.

We recently moved out of the Direct Payments system to Rosemont Care for my son who required support and care for the approved hours. I must say, the experience that we've had so far is simply amazing. The Business Development Manager assessed the requirements both carefully and thoughtfully in close coordination with parents and also paying a keen observation to the child who needed the care. The staff who come around to provide the care are extremely professional, kind, polite and skilful. Staff from Rosemont Care are very adaptable and flexible with timings as well as understanding ever-changing needs. I could see that the staff under the manager are shining very well. She knows and anticipates the needs of a caring person and ensures the services are delivered above expectations. I strongly recommend Rosemont Care for anyone who's looking for a care provider! I sincerely appreciate everyone's passionate effort at Rosemont Care.

Rosemont have been brilliant at taking things at a pace we are comfortable with. Amy has provided excellent care and really taken the time to get to know us all, meeting our little ones' needs with a lovely nurturing approach.

Rosemont have been supplying a personal assistant for my son 1 day a week since September. Friendly, supportive staff. Staff well matched to my son. Excellent communication with management. We are very happy with the service provided.

I am extremely happy with the support I receive. My support workers are kind and polite and extremely helpful and if ever I need to converse with office staff they are also polite and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rosemont Care to others in the future.
