We regularly book POVA Care privately to help wash and dress my 94-year-old mother-in-law. POVA are happy for us to book random days or weeks without long-term commitment. A very professional service with friendly, reliable carers. My mother-in-law regularly sees the same familiar faces who know the
routine and she really enjoys their friendly chat as they get her ready. I thoroughly recommend.

This is a complete violation of client privacy, safety and well-being and in breach of the patient care plan. The audacity to intentionally provide male carers to a female client, whose agreed care plan is females only, is an intrusion on their privacy. This repeated, intentional, misogynistic,
management of my mother-in-law's care plan is in contradiction to patient-centred care and does not satisfy the duty of care POVA owes to my mother-in-law.

POVA's carers have been brilliant with both our parents, who are afflicted by dementia and were very reluctant to accept care of any kind, from anyone, because they don't see themselves as needing it. POVA's carers, through consistent and patient approaches, managed to persuade both of them to
accept necessary personal care. POVA are continuing to support our family with professionalism at a very difficult time. Carers who really care, and are very good at their job! We are very grateful.

This service is amazing, they really do care for my auntie. They are very professional. Management and the office team are very helpful. You will always get someone on the phone. The carers are so lovely and trained to a high standard. I would recommend POVA all day long.

Pova have taken care of my mum for over two years, they give excellent service and always responded to mums changing needs. They are always a phone call away for any problems we faced the staff went above and beyond and I can say we've all become friends.

I have been using POVA Care Ltd for more then a year and am really happy with the care services. The carer always does the best they can and communication is good. I would recommend POVA Care Ltd as they always go above and beyond and are flexible.

Reliable, punctual and experienced care company!
POVA Care was able to help us at very short notice and we continued to use them since. A tailored care package was drawn up in the first meeting we had. The management are very genuine and always endeavour to meet every need of the client whilst
running everything smoothly and ensure that the clients care is never compromised.
The carers always conducted themselves in a professional and understanding manner and kindness was always shown to our loved one through some very challenging times.
A huge thank you to you all for everything!

We used POVA Care for my grandad, they were absolutely brilliant, they treated him with dignity and respect, nothing was ever too much for them, thank you POVA Care for all you did in my grandad's final days.

POVA Care was able to step in at a crisis point several months ago and since then has provided ongoing care for someone who would otherwise be unable to cope. They have proved flexible and willing to adapt to changing needs and circumstances. Our families owe them a lot.

Having found Pova as being the only Care Agency that provided male staff for our area we are more than happy with their service. Punctual, professional and very friendly. They take time to chat with my father-in-law and build a good working relationship with us all. Would thoroughly recommend.
