I mainly have had a positive experience with Aurora Care. It is very beneficial to older clients without family members around them. The carers seem very happy on the whole and are willing to go to any lengths to maintain my wishes. I feel physically, emotionally and mentally looked after.

Sometimes the carers come late and likes her call in the morning. Carers respect care and comply with what I need and are compassionate towards my needs and myself. They're very friendly.

Aurora Home Care has been an absolute blessing for our friends family. From the very first call, their team showed genuine care, professionalism, and warmth. The caregivers are attentive, kind, and go above and beyond to make sure my friend is safe, comfortable, and treated with dignity. We've seen a huge difference in his mood and confidence since starting services. What I love most is how personal everything feels - they don't just "provide care," they build relationships. Aurora truly lives up to their promise of bringing a bright start to every day. I couldn't recommend them more.

Staff attending daily are extremely friendly, kind and caring. Office teams are professional, supportive, alway call if they feel something isnt quite right are conscious of the wellbeing of their Client
