Parkins Care Angels cared for my mother until she was able to go home. Was unsure how this worked. The manager came to my house to discuss things. She was lovely and reassured me of how this worked and nothing was too much trouble. The whole team over the months were very understanding and very
helpful. The carers were all amazing, very caring and friendly with me and especially my mum, so this made everything so much more easier for me. I would highly recommend Parkins Care Angels. I hope I don't need them again but if I do I without a doubt will certainly call upon their help again.

Parkins Care Angels looked after my father-in-law for just over a year. I wasn't really sure where to start if I'm honest, so I gave Parkins Care Angels a call, and the manager came out to see me; she reassured me and explained how it all works. I can't recommend them enough, the staff are all so
lovely and friendly, and they made him feel so comfortable.

Parkins Care Angels firstly cared for my nan-in-law until she sadly passed, and we were so impressed with them that when the time came for my mother-in-law to be cared for, we requested Parkins again as we knew that she would be looked after and cared for properly. If my mother-in-law was unwell or
required a GP, the carers would contact me immediately to let me know. I felt that she was in safe hands and trusted them implicitly. They went above and beyond their duty of care for her, and I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.
