Initially, the care my father received was second to none. The main carer was wonderful, however, it all went very wrong towards the end of October to November. My 92-year-old father became towards end-of-life care then he required 2 carers. The care he received then was terrible. They were uncaring
and complained about how everything was too hard for them. The last day of his life he asked to be taken to the toilet as he needed a poo. The carers told him to do it in his pants and they would clean him up after. My dad was a very dignified man and this must have been embarrassing and degrading for him. They did take him to the toilet but he got upset having to insist. My father died that night. I believe because of the uncaring nature of the carers he felt that he was a burden and he gave up the fight for life. I cannot forgive Town and Country for the way they dealt with my father and I do believe they contributed to his death.

This company has been caring for my mother for four years. The service is exceptionally reliable and a very good quality of care is offered to her. She has one main carer, who is now part of the family and looks after her so well.
