Being completely in unchartered territory with care for loved ones, Caring Care have made the transition for our family supporting my father in law an easy and comfortable process. The carers who come in to support us are amazing and nothing is ever too much. They share their experience and we
welcome any suggestions that make my father in law (and mother in laws) lives more manageable. I thank them from the bottom of our hearts. The office also in Wolverhampton is so supportive and again it cannot be easy them having to deal with as many clients as they must have. A HUGE THANK YOU.

Let me start with Ravinder who deals with all concerns and requests you may have he gives amazing service dealing with requests promptly and efficiently. My mom has been a client of Caring Care for 5 years she relies on them to administer medication shower and dress every day encourage to eat and
drink etc. If your lucky enough to get Julianne and Raj attending to your needs then you have nothing to worry both carers are outstanding going above and beyond what you expect showing care and compassion in everything they do from the moment they walk through the door to the time they leave there is nothing that could be improved on and I am exceptionally grateful for this. Every one needs a Raj and Julianne in their life. I would recommend caring care to everyone who finds themselves requiring carers in the future

After a very unhappy experience with another company, I wanted to ensure that I found the best care for my mum. I could not have chosen better with Caring Care as the support and care given has been excellent and my mum really looks forward to the twice daily visits. They are kind, cheerful,
punctual and have improved the quality of mum's life hugely. I am very grateful for all that they do.

We tried two carer companys before and didn't have very good experiences at all, mom was feeling low wasn't eating but this all changed since using his one. As a family we would like to thank you for taking good care of our mother. In particular we have a girl who comes 6 days a week she is
excellent in her work and put a smile back on moms face, she should be proud of her self so a massive thank you too the young lady in particular and hopefully keep her as often we do now.

I would honestly say that all the care my mother has received has been amazing. A very good company to deal with. Always on time and very friendly staff. My mother feels completely at ease and looks forward to her daily visits.

This is run in a superb way. I cannot fault it. I receive the fullest attention for my needs. All actions carried out with respect to hygiene. I cannot ask for better. Excellent work! Thank you all for being there for me.

My uncle's needs are very well met. His carer's are very understanding of his needs and the routine that they keep works well for him. They encourage with things that he finds challenging such as eating, personal hygiene and safety. They do well administering his medication and always remind me if
he is running low. Also, they get in touch with me immediately if there is anything of concern with the property, that needs urgently looking at. We are very grateful for all that the team do.

Generally the service is good, caring, helping my wife to get up in the morning supervising my wife to wash and dress the only difficulty is the time in the morning the carers attend. My request was that they come at 9.00am. They attend between 8.50 and 9.30. It would be very helpful to me if I know

The service we have received from Caring Care ltd. has been exceptional. My husband has always been treated with respect and dignity. The whole caring team have provided excellent support to both my husband and myself. The sitting service they provide in order to facilitate my respite has been 100%
perfect. The whole team are willing to offer a listening ear and go above and beyond to ensure client contentment and satisfaction. The unfaltering service my husband has received has aided his recovery by increasing his confidence and enabling him to become more and more independent daily. Thank you.

A fantastic service provided by the carers to my dad, who arrive on time and stay till the jobs are done. They communicate with him well and make sure he is comfortable before they leave.

We find the cares and the sitters very supportive very experperenced very caring allways polite allways dressed nearly allways wear a mask allways ask if anything else they can do overall we are very pleased and would reccomend the agency
