Intrust are a wonderful company. My son who has a learning disability is receiving the highest standard of care I could wish for. His care staff are very highly trained, kind and compassionate. They want the best for my son and encourage him to his fullest potential.
My son has very challenging
behaviours at times, but this is always managed with respect and kindness. The care runs all the way through the company from management to care staff. 100% recommend Intrust Care for your loved ones needs.

The carers are very friendly and help with whatever you need help with. I have always said what you don't understand and where it is, just ask as that helps each other. We chat and laugh a lot which is great and makes you feel better, and get on with each other, and makes the atmosphere better, and
all feel comfortable.

The carers were always on time. Cheerful and polite, friendly, and helpful. They became 'family' friends, often going beyond their normal duties.

The staff were very attentive to a sometimes grumpy/poorly man (step father in law) but they were all so patient with him, it was like they understood he was in pain & frustrated. Sending a big thank you to all the staff without exception.

Intrust Care looked after my stepdad after he became immobile and my mum was not able to provide him with the full level of care he required. Intrust Care were able to step in, were flexible friendly and provided a great level of care with dignity and humour in what were quite difficult
circumstances.

Such a positive experience dealing with the Manager and her team who were looking after my Dad who was dying of cancer. All the carers who attended him were lovely girls, were very professional whilst being super friendly and helpful to my step mum too. We are so very thankful to the care team for
all they did to ensure my dad was as comfortable as possible.

InTrust provided excellent support over six months. I met several carers and every single one was gifted in terms of care knowledge, being very amenable and friendly and knowing how to handle sometimes stressful situations. The interview/recruitment process at InTrust must be second to none.
We
sometimes had to change care plans at the last minute and InTrust always worked with us to find the best solution, going above and beyond to support. They provide an invaluable and very professional service.

InTrust offer a very professional, supportive level of care for both the client and their family. They are always open to change and provide positive suggestions and ways of working in stressful situations. Their team are friendly, caring and well trained and give confidence and a feeling of
security to their clients. InTrust is reliable and adapt to demanding changing situations very rapidly giving both client and family peace of mind. I would highly recommend InTrust to provide care to loved ones.

My wife has been looked after for the past 2 years from them. If I had any queries they were answered and dealt with straight away. They were very loving and caring and made my wife laugh I couldn't have asked for a better care company. From the office to the carers.

After trying various care agencies I was recommended Intrust Care by a neighbour to look after my father, the carers looked after my father like a relative. They are very caring and nothing is too much trouble, they go above and beyond what other carers would do. My overall experience with Intrust
is if you want the best, give them a call they are the best carers that will look after your friend or relative.

This is the first care agency who have real experience of Autism and it’s challenges that I have encountered, despite receiving respite care for my son for 14 years with other providers. The carers are calm, kind, and resourceful in the care and support they give. My son is happy to go out with them
and receives 2:1 care in the community. I am kept up-to-date with any issues via the open pass system. We have been using Intrust Care since July 23 and I am very happy with the service.

I'm not one for doing reviews normally but in this case, I have to make an exception as the care provided by Intrust for my mum over the last 5 years until her passing was nothing short of amazing. The professionalism, reliability and caring nature of the staff from start to finish was second to
none and if you are looking for the right care at home for your loved one look no further as you will be in very safe hands with Intrust.
I cannot praise them highly enough for the brilliant work they did for my mum and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Thanks to everyone involved with Intrust and keep up the good work!

Intrust care has been amazing. All the staff are so kind and friendly and they go above and beyond to help. My mum loved all the staff and they had a great relationship with her. I also had a lovely relationship too, they were so kind and helpful.
They were always on time with smiles on their
faces. I appreciate everything they did for Mum as I would not have coped without them. A big thank you to all the amazing team and management!

Both my father and I were very nervous about him starting home care, as we didn’t know what to really expect. I can honestly say though, that the carers at Intrust have been nothing short of amazing. My dad is very well looked after and the carers have helped him immensely, to take care of himself
where his memory is failing. His mood has improved and he seems to have more interest in things again. I cannot fault Intrust since starting with them in September. Both Dad and I are extremely grateful for the high quality of care he receives. Thank you!

I cannot express how grateful I am for the exceptional care that my Mum received from the team at Intrust. They were recommended to me when mum first came out of hospital and the manager made the whole process so easy. From the moment they started providing care, they exhibited the utmost
professionalism and kindness, they took the time to understand her specific needs, and it was clear that they genuinely care about her well-being.
When we eventually met the criteria for SC funding, we had the misfortune of being assigned another agency and it was the difference between night and day. It highlighted what a great agency Intrust is, so to cut a long stressful story short I was overjoyed, relieved (and insert every other amazing word here) to get them back.
One stand-out thing is their reliability never having to worry about whether they would turn up or if we were in good hands, this peace of mind has been invaluable.
The team truly are angels. Thank you, I am forever grateful.

I recently came home from hospital after an injury and an infection, I also have MS which limits my mobility. I chose Intrust Care because I like their core values. The staff have been professional and above all, kind. They have respected my need for independence, allowing me to direct what care I
required, never being intrusive. I would happily recommend Intrust Care to anyone looking for care for themselves or a relative.

Intrust care has been amazing. All the staff are so kind and friendly and they go above and beyond to help. My mum loved all the staff and they had a great relationship with her. I also had a lovely relationship too, they were so kind and helpful.
