This relates to the period end of April 2021 to January 2022. With several exceptions, miserable and incompetent staff, poor timekeeping, and staff leaving often well before their contracted thirty-minute visits. Sometimes they were not even at my mother's house barely ten minutes. Also Poor
communication and incompetent management.

I have just started using this carer service, whilst early days today five-star professional attention that has never been given before even in hospital. I cannot praise the service high enough, would without hesitation recommend.
