I've been very satisfied with the help from Constantia Care. My current carer has been with me for a long time and I am very happy with her she meets all my needs and helps me with everything I've never had any issues with my carer.

We have had Constantia carers for the past couple of years, and have recently had the welcome return of a familiar carer who understands the needs of the household. Constantia has always reacted to act concerns with speed and professionalism.

Really happy with the service, communication and how things are going. The carer is well suited to my Mum and she does great work caring for her. Mum can be difficult sometimes but the carer always reassures her and calms her. Overall very happy with how things are going.

From the very first time I made contact by telephone with Constantia I knew I was in the best hands. No question or queries were too difficult to respond to. Then once the carer was in place it wasn’t difficult to recognise just how perfect a match there was between them and their patient and
immediate family. It doesn’t stop there and the consistency of service and support continues effectively and efficiently. Truly a first-class company with its clients top of its care list. If you are in need of care in the home support Constantia Care would always be the company to go to.

Office staff are always helpful in addressing any concerns and understanding needs of client. Current carer is excellent and has been in place for about 9 months and this continuity of care has given a level of stability we had not been able to achieve with most other carers.

Our carer is very caring, patient and empathetic to our aunt's needs. My aunt is extremely well looked after and I couldn't ask for a nicer lady. The company are always putting the needs of my aunt as a priority and are very sympathetic to her needs as she is blind and now immobile.

We have been very happy with Constantia. Have an excellent carer at the moment who is our regular carer. Office provide support when needed.

Constantia Care carers looked after Mum for the last five years. The quality not only of the main live-in carers but also of the relief ones has been consistently excellent. Systems (both IT and human) are good too and issues of significance have been communicated swiftly (before I have been able to
view the daily reports which are available online).
To this, I would add that the support from the care managers, coordinators/topic leads (eg medication and safeguarding) has been evident throughout and has been especially important in the last few months where at all levels their staff pulled together and went the extra mile.
Mum (at almost 103) passed away peacefully in her own home with massive care support. Just everything that could be done, was! Thanks! Thanks for caring care!

Constantia Care has been my husband's care provider since 2014. He has been well cared for and his carers have been chosen with care to meet not only his care needs but to fit with his unique personality.

Constantia has been the best agency we have used. Most of their carers have been excellent and only one was quickly changed with no fuss. They come to inspect their carers and get feedback from them and the customer which is very helpful. We have used them for at least two years.

Constantia Care has always put my husband's needs as paramount. They have been flexible and communication has been good. They have visited regularly to ensure all is well with the carer and with my husband.

Sadly after six years of using Constantia Care, the family decided to move my aunt to a nursing home, all due to her declining mental capacity, progressing Alzheimer's and mobility issues. We have found Constantia to be a very good agency and the majority of the carers we had were excellent. The one
or two that were not up to my standards were replaced very quickly and the agency dealt with any issues I had efficiently and quickly. The agency have a great team who are always on hand to answer questions and I found the care co-ordinators I dealt with to be extremely helpful and did their best to accommodate my aunt's needs.
I would definitely recommend Constantia as we had tried other agencies and I was not happy at all with the carers they had sent us so I am glad we found Constantia back in 2016.

We selected Constantia Care, on a recommendation of a friend, for full-time live-in care for our mother. Like many of us, carers/daughters, I tried many agencies who, they themselves, were incompetent as care administrators and managers and the carers they sent were sub-standard. Our full-time
live-in care lasted about two and a half years and the calibre of the carers was second to none. As an agency, Constantia - the staff and management were by far the best, compassionate and understanding, that we had employed. There were, of course, some hiccups which were addressed and remedied. Our last carer, on the day of our mum's passing, stayed with her daughter (myself) for two days and nights and cared for her needs in terms of food and presence. Her loyalty and care were so much appreciated. Our mum loved them all. Thank you so much, Constantia and your lovely people. Many blessings always.

My 89-year-old mother was recently discharged from hospital and required live-in care. I contacted a number of agencies who wasted large amounts of my time and came up with completely unsuitable candidates. Constantia Care saved me. They were super fast and efficient and found me a wonderful carer.
Every member of staff was thoughtful and efficient. They really did save me. I can’t express how grateful I am. I recommend them unreservedly. They are the real deal and will make your life so much easier. Thank you for everything that you have done.

We have really appreciated the carer's interest in healthy food for our mum, cooking from first principles and that she has a real interest and understanding of the ageing brain, not getting frustrated, able to divorce frustrating Altzeheimer’s behaviour from the “real” person. Thank you.

I cannot recommend this agency more highly! Our carer looked after the care for my father and was very kind to all of us. My father's carers were brilliant, so caring and very efficient, able to deal with anything. We felt very confident that our father was being extremely well looked after.

Constantia has been caring for our elderly parents for the last three years. We were lucky and delighted that the first longterm carer they introduced was a perfect fit, she gelled very quickly with our (not always easy to please) parents, found the perfect balance between professional competence,
confidence, warmth and firmness. She has endeared herself to the whole family, and though she has very recently moved on to follow different career aspirations, she remains a family member. Our parents' care needs have since increased, and this has coincided with needing to find a new carer with suitable practical as well as interpersonal skills and empathy. The deputy manager of Constantia has been a gem in helping us to work through the complexities and plan along twin tracks to cover different eventualities. She is very well informed, insightful and personable - we appreciate so very much the dedicated help and support she and Constantia are providing.

The service from Constantia Care from the very first communication, has been excellent. Two staff members in particular are amazing with such excellent customer service and regular face to face reviews and weekly emails. The male carer we chose for my dad after a short list of CV's and video
interviews, has been perfect for my dad and fitted in so well from the start. We are really pleased and highly recommend Constantia Care to anyone.

Constantia cared for my mother during the last 14-months of her life. We had a number of wonderful carers, who all went above and beyond in looking after my Mum, both physically and emotionally. I was the primary family liaison for Constantia and dealt with a number of the management team too, who
were great to deal with, communicated well and were able to handle more than one difficult situation with professionalism and sensitivity. I have no hesitation in recommending Constantia to any prospective client and would be happy to talk to anyone considering employing them.
