We have found Curantis to provide a very reliable and flexible service. Always willing to help, even at short notice. The care suppport has been consistent and familiar which is very important for my husband who has complex dementia needs. Overall the home care Curantis provides has been a very
positive experience.

I wish to say thank you to Curantis Healthcare for their fantastic support during a very difficult time during my mum's illness.
They listened to me and helped me to ensure mum received the best care whilst she remained in her own home.
The kindness and consideration from both the office staff and
carers made such a difference and I am thankful our paths have crossed.

I have found the service from Curantis very good. The manager from the agency came to see my mother and I, and I took to her instantly. I was let down suddenly from the enablement agency badly and the manager set me up instantly to care for my mum while I was away. She has dementia and a stoma bag.
She was very considerate to my needs, and nothing was a problem. The carer my mum received was absolutely brilliant. She and Mum took to each other instantly and she is nothing but considerate and kind.
I feel I can leave Mum in Curantis' hands while I’m away. I feel relieved.

Curantis Carers did night sitting and came to wash my husband twice daily during the week to eight days when he was in palliative care at home. They were always reliable, kind, gentle, patient and caring. I will always be grateful for the help and support they gave to him and me at a time when I
desperately needed such help.

The standard of care received has been excellent. No complaints at all. Staff have been punctual, professional and do actually care - a rare thing in today’s world. There has been the odd occasion where staff sickness has meant things didn’t go as smoothly as usual but issues like that cannot be
helped. We have been very fortunate to have had the same carer for the majority of the time and she has been a little gem.

From the beginning of my dad's care package, we never had to use any home care facilities. We felt, as a family, that it's always important to build up relationships with the care team and also managers, and indeed the owners.
We found Curantis were always approachable and worked with them, and if
any small issues arose, they were always quickly resolved and sorted out.

We are totally satisfied with the care we receive - they are friendly and caring, and we could not do without them.
We would highly recommend them to anyone in need of this service.
We also use them from time to time for respite care.

Just like to thank the manager and her team at Curantis Healthcare for looking after my father while I was away for the month of February, I was a bit worried at first, but, when I got back home my father was very happy with the service they provided, and I will certainly be using the manager and

Myself and my auntie are very happy with the care given to my dad, they are very supportive and very informative. My dad was very poorly one morning when the carer went around and they called me straight away. They really do know their clients and they have taken the worry away from myself and my
auntie.

Thank you for your kindness and genuine care for my dad. By staying over at Dad's a few nights a week you helped us to support our dad with wrap-around care at home during the last few months of his life. Everyone Dad met from Curantis Healthcare was kind and considerate. Nothing was ever too much
trouble and Dad felt safe and cared for. As a family, we really appreciated your flexibility and support when we needed to swap around some of the nights you came in due to changes in family circumstances. Thank you again.

Members of the care team who attend my mother's home, care in a very satisfactory manner the majority of the time. They attend to my mother's needs and any problems that arise are sorted without delay.

After a very bad service from another care company, we were hoping everything was going to be ok. It has turned out for the best. The care workers that visit are great and helpful. We tend to get the same carers for morning and evening and only at odd times it changes, this gives Mum a chance to get
to know the carers personally. Pleased with the quality of care and communication.

I am extremely happy with the care from my carer who truly is someone who goes that extra mile for you. Very lucky to be given this carer who I feel like I can talk to about anything and my partner feels at ease with. Also, it takes a lot of pressure off of us both. I feel blessed.

We were looking for a new care company after a bad experience with the previous one and when we were told Curantis had tendered, we did some research and I made a phone call. From that first phone call, we were at ease and knew we had found the right team.
The manager understood and made everything
easy to do from 350 miles away and went above and beyond. Mother-in-law is more than happy with what the team do for her. Every time we speak we get told how fantastic they are!
Communication has been great and nothing is ever a problem. It's nice to know that she is getting regular carers and seeing the same faces and building those personal relationships so that when something is wrong they will know.
We are in the process of booking Curantis for some private care for her out with the care package just for some company and a chat.
Thank you for all you and your team are doing and know it is very much appreciated.

My experience with Curantis Healthcare Ltd has been extremely pleasant and perfect. The staff have always been very respectful and aware of personal preferences and culture. We are treated as individuals rather than numbers or a case. The management staff are very approachable and nothing is ever

The care provider has always listened to what we want and need with Mum's care. The carers have also been incredible in supporting Mum and her needs. We have been let down with previous companies and were reluctant to try another provider but Curantis Healthcare have been amazing.
