To those looking for care, consideration, compassion and kindness look no further than this wonderful company. Everyone I or my dad had contact with was absolutely amazing. I have worked for the NHS for 25 years plus and know many home care providers. In a very over whelming situation they came in

Excellent service, cannot fault. The company listens to our needs and delivers, over and above. Also, it is very quick to respond to emails/telephone messages. Our support includes a 3-hour sitting service twice a week - the company has arranged for the same lady to sit on both days, which is
reassuring for my husband. We should be getting respite care over 5 days in the new year, and again, the company has arranged for our sitter to provide the service. We are delighted by this service.

'I have found 'We Care too' to be exactly as their name suggests. The carers are well-trained in helping and caring, always cheerful, like a breath of fresh air every visit. I've found them courteous and very efficient in the service they provide.

The manager and her team at We CareToo provide us with highly professional carers who support us on a regular and reliable basis. This gives me the confidence to carry on working full-time in the knowledge that my wife is safe and looked after whilst I am out of the house.

The whole team are both professional and friendly, accommodating if we have to take my mother for appointments etc. Also to give me 2 hours and 2 hours a week break. They listen, care, reliable.

An excellent service in every way. The drivers who come to take my partner out for a run twice a week are always unfailingly courteous, obliging and prompt. In fact, my partner is treated with more than just great service, her drivers have become like close friends.

The carers who look after me are very good, not only do they make good meals, they make sure everything is washed and dried and so all areas are always clean. They will talk through problems and help out if you are in need, and will provide bread and milk if you have run out. They will go to the
local chemist for tablets if they have sufficient time. I would be in great difficulty if the carers weren't there, and it is nice to have someone to talk to. They provide good company.

We would highly recommend our mum's carers. They treated her with such care, respect and dignity. We only wish that they could have stayed with us for longer but due to our mum's rapid deterioration, we needed double handling care so we had to have a different care team that could provide this. They
were compassionate, reliable and dedicated in all aspects of their work.

From the initial home introduction, the company have provided courteous, empathetic, confidential and reliable service. The management is quality, all times requested are always prompt. Each new carer was introduced professionally and they were shadowed by the management. I feel comfortable with
each carer and also safe knowing my needs are met, particularly, during these unpredictable times regarding the covid pandemic.

I find We Care Too Ltd has the right attitude in their approach to person-centred care. They treat the person with respect and dignity and are empathetic, patient and reliable. There is good communication had both in-person and via telephone. They never give the impression they are in a hurry to get
to their next service user.

Al the "We Care Too" staff were excellent. They were great with my wife, who has vascular dementia. They were very friendly with me, and we all shared cakes and cups of tea at times. I would not hesitate to recommend "We Care Too" to anyone.
