Compassion Care have been amazing taking care of my dad. We started using Compassion Care two years ago to help support dad in his own home. As his care needs have increased, we now have 4 visits 7 days a week. It was important for dad to be in his own home and have a routine. Clair and her team have made this possible. All the carers are kind, understanding and listen to him. They accommodate his individual needs, and their friendly approach has built up a good, trusting relationship. Knowing he is taken care of gives us great confidence and allows us to have some quality time with him. Thank you to Clair and all the team.

Compassion Care Service Ltd provides invaluable care to my mum that enables her to continue to live in her home, which is where she wishes to be. The level of care is comprehensive yet flexible to the wishes of my mum, delivered with compassion, care and dignity at all times. This is a locally owned company that employs local carers, meaning that it is responsive to the needs of local people who need care in their own home.

Compassion Care Service were recommended to me when my aunt started to need care at home. The whole team have been excellent and keep me updated of any problems or needs. As time has gone on more care has been needed and Clair has quickly put it into place. I have complete confidence in the care provided which takes a lot of pressure off me.

Compassion Care led by Clair have looked after mum since 2022. Clair and the two carers are kind, patient and supportive to mum who has dementia and mum has had the same carers the whole time so building a lovely relationship with mum. They always turn up at the right times and have been flexible with extra help and support when needed such as helping take mum to medical appointments. They have increased the support and visits over the years as mums health has deteriorated. Clair is always at the end of the phone when needed for help and advice and has been extra support and back up when I have been away on holiday. I definitely recommend Clair and her team at Compassion Care who have been an amazing support to myself and my sister enabling mum to live at home for as long as possible. Thank you Clair and your team.

From the moment 2 of Compassion Care's team arrived on my father's doorstep back in Novemver 2024 and said, "Leave it all to us", I knew he was in safe hands. Each of his 3 carers are courteous, kind, efficient, and caring and treat him with the dignity he deserves. Highly recommend them to anyone seeking care for an elderly parent or relative....they truly do live up to their name.

Compassion care really do care and have helped us so much. They go above and beyond to care for my mum who has vascular dementia and other health problems. Nothing is ever to much trouble and they given my mum so much care and respect. They have adapted to her on going needs over the last 3 years and have supported us too when things have been tough. We couldn't have got through the last 3 years without there help, guidance and support. The staff are super friendly and extremely kind. We count our blessing that we found them and Clair is always at the end of the phone if I need her. They are truely amazing and wouldn't be without them

Clair and her team of carers are so reliable and friendly. Their visits enable my parents to remain comfortably in their own home and provide me with reassurance that someone is keeping an eye on their wellbeing. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Compassion Care have been looking after my elderly mum for the past 6 years. The carers that attend mum - 5 days a week are kind, caring, lovely and really help her. Mum is partially sighted & has mobility issues so everything is difficult for her and she cannot do everyday tasks. But, they support and encourage her to do what she can do to enable her independence. They all treat her with respect and dignity. The manger, Clair is very understanding and professional and keeps me informed if the Carers notice or are concerned about something regarding mum. I think Compassion care provide an excellent service not just to mum they also give me 'piece of mind' and reduce my stress as I know mum is in safe hands.

We highly recommend Compassion Care - led by Clair, for their outstanding services. The team are incredible; they consistently go above and beyond and are 100% reliable and trustworthy. My mother has Alzheimer's and lives alone at home. We initially engaged Clair's brilliant team for assistance once a day, and this has now expanded to 4 visits, 7 days a week. My mother has the same two dedicated carers and Clair throughout the week. They know and adore her, ensuring she is safe, clean, and happy. When we are away, we have peace of mind knowing that Clair is available for my mother 24/7 if needed. The company has always been flexible, working around last-minute changes or problems. Even during emergencies like flooding or staff illness, they always manage to get to my mother, with Clair often personally covering shifts. If we contact Clair with any worries or need additional help, she responds immediately with a solution. Clair and her team are angels - you will not find anyone better!
