Since we first started using D Osteen Home Care Support we have always found them highly efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Del and Elias who run the company assigned a lovely lady called Eli to us. At various stages Eli has provided both caring and general home help / cleaning assistance which
she has always done with compassion, energy and enthusiasm. I am very happy to recommend Eli and the whole company.

All the carers I met were very polite, caring and would not hesitate to provide services that were not part of their remit. They treated my friend as if he were a member of their own family. I would not hesitate to recommend them to other friends.

When Mum started to struggle, following the death of our Dad, we started looking for carers. Mum's GP's care co-ordinator gave us the details of two companies. The first we'd heard bad reviews about, the other was the and her team, who we knew nothing about, and who were also half the price of the
other company.
Following the first contact with the manager, we were happy with her approach, and her attitude, so decided to give her company a trial run. We've never looked back!
They are a small company with a massive heart! They arrive on time every day. They're friendly and caring, and thorough. Mum loves their company and they seem to enjoy spending time with her too. They keep me updated with any issues, and any things they believe Mum has run out of, or could do with, giving me plenty of time to arrange for them to be delivered. On many occasions they have gone above and beyond to make sure Mum is happy and well cared for. Truly cannot recommend them highly enough.

I would highly recommend this home care provider. I have great faith that my mum has the best care. She is very happy and looks forward to them coming. I'm always very sure that they will contact me if a problem arises.

The team at D Osteen have been providing waking and sleeping nights for my mother for the last 13 months. They have been truly exceptional. They stepped in quickly to deal with a difficult set of circumstances and have been professional but always with a soft caring approach. They have also been
flexible, adjusting support as the months progressed. We have never had any issues with timeliness and they have regularly gone above and beyond. We feel very grateful to have had them for so long and wouldn't hesitate to call on them again if required. 5 stars / 10 out of 10 / A*

Excellent care from the manager and her night team. Communication is always prompt. Detailed accounts and observations recorded for the family. Good access to the night care reports regarding the client. The manager is always cheerful and pleasant likewise her team of lovely carers. They have helped
the client to settle at night and seen to her anxieties and needs. As a family, we have been delighted with the attention to detail and the concern shown towards the client. Thank you. We would highly recommend this company to anyone who has similar needs. Thank you!

D Osteen has been caring for my husband for 2 and a half hours each week, enabling me to carry on running my choir. (A great boost mentally) I have been particularly impressed by the good relationship they have developed with him despite his dementia and with the calm way they cope with any
difficulties.

Excellent service, never missed a call since service started July 2022, always courteous and caring to the client, always goes the extra mile for the comfort and wellbeing of the client.
Any concerns regarding the client reported immediately to the next of kin.

Super care. Can't fault what you do for Mum, beyond your duty of call.
Constant feedback team has looked after Mum for the last eighteen months.
Would highly recommend this team for loved ones' care.
Always listen to us when we have a question or a concern.

The carer never arrives on time, sometimes they can be an hour late, then only stay 15-20 minutes and they sit at the table filling in forms on their phone. Those carers that do stay for 30 minutes sometimes offer to make a coffee or heat up a ready meal.

I have benefited from the service provided by D Osteen Home Care Provider for over a year. While my wife was at home, we had four visits each day, including washing, dressing and breakfast in the morning and getting to bed in the evening, plus preparation of two meals. Since my wife's death in
November, I have had two meal preparation visits each day, except for the occasions when I go out for a meal. On these visits, the carer does other jobs, such as bed-making, emptying refuse bins, etc. I have found this home care service extremely helpful, making a big contribution towards my quality of life. The carers really do care and I have come to regard them all, without exception, as friends.

All the staff are wonderful, I feel safe in the knowledge that my mum is being well looked after from a very caring team of people. Totally trustworthy and good communication. Definitely would recommend D Osteen Home Care Support.

A wonderful service. My elderly mother felt safe and comfortable with all the carers looking after her, they were patient and empathic towards her and extremely respectful towards her and her home. A first-class company with first-class carers. Thank you for looking after my mum.

From the beginning of our first meeting, I have felt comfortable and very satisfied with the care that I receive. I am really happy to continue the association. All the managers are very experienced and lead their staff, who are also excellent. Very well done.
