Amazing service!
Every single one of them has been kind and compassionate, me and my family can’t thank them enough for their care. They have offered advice and support which has made us feel safe to have our mother in their care.

Emerald Green carers were always courteous, not only to the client, but her visitors and friends. As her next of kin, they always contacted me with any issues or concerns immediately and I could contact them when needed. Nothing was too much bother ever, for the client or relatives. If they were
going to be late, they always called to let the client know. The carers were faultless, caring and supportive right to the end of the client's life.

We were thankful to experience the kind care of Emerald Green Care, before my husband was taken to a local hospice. The care was kindly and also preserved his dignity at all times, which was very important to my beloved husband. The carers were punctual and fitted in with general household
arrangements. This inspired confidence from my husband. The care was in marked contrast to what we had experienced from another agency, on another occasion.

My carer is a delightful lady - reliable, efficient, kind, gentle and charming, always willing to do anything for me. We have established an excellent, close relationship and I now have a strong affection for her.
The company's administration is also highly recommended.

If two of the carers are still working I would recommend. Manager is very good. Professional in dress code. Mostly, I find if the carers working for the agency are God-fearing all is good.

Excellent service provided to my father since starting. Despite the extensive service needs of my father, the staff are professional and efficient at all times and are receptive to any suggestions for improvement. Excellent communication between office, caregivers and family. Very pleased with the
service to date - have exceeded my expectations.

Mum has just started with Emerald. From the very start, Mum's needs were listened to and any concerns she had were addressed. She has always felt she is being listened to and treated with dignity. All the carers are lovely and extremely kind and caring, Mum receives in advance a note to say which
carers will be coming the following week.

Emerald Green Care provide an excellent service to enable me to remain in my own home and be as independent as possible. They always treat me with respect and dignity and are willing to assist me in many ways. They are very flexible and adaptable if I need to change my care visits due to an
appointment. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I would recommend them to friends or family.

I began to receive care from Emerald Green Care in July 2019 since when there has been a remarkable improvement in both my personal care and that of my surroundings particularly in respect of the kitchen - it is neat, clean and tidy.
I also appreciate the highly professional but relaxed reassuring
approach - caring and sensitive to my needs shown by all members who I have met.
The carers have well-organised schedules.
I would be happy to recommend this company to anyone needing care.
