I have been using the services of Guardian Angel Carers for a few months on an ad hoc basis for those times when I'm not available to help Mum at home and I have to say, they've been an absolute life-saver.
Mum was initially apprehensive about using agency carers but now she looks forward to every
visit with relish. They are always kind, capable and extremely good company for her. We have now started using the Angels to help Mum to get herself up and dressed on a regular basis, and amazingly she agreed without hesitation- such is her enthusiasm!
For my part, they go above and beyond to accommodate my unpredictable schedule and last minute requests. The communication and reliability is first class. 100% endorsement for this company!

My mother has had care provided by Guardian Angels for the last four and a half years. Over that time they have always responded promptly and compassionately whenever her care needs have changed, especially when we've been faced with emergencies and they've responded so quickly to urgent requests.
Overall, the service has provided the family with assurance and comfort that mum is safe and looked after. The ability to read a note of every care visit has also been very welcome as I live over 100 miles away and it has provided extra assurance about mum's wellbeing, as well as flagging up any potential concerns. Now that mum has moved into residential care we can look back knowing that the service provided by Guardian Angels was the key to her being able to stay in her own home as long as possible.

We are very pleased with the service Guardian Angels are providing for our mum. The staff are friendly and compassionate both in the office and with the carers.
Mum is pleased to see them twice a day and it has meant that she is eating well and medication is administered timely and correctly.
The
trust has now built up so that mum is bathed and dressed without fuss.
We don't use all the services they can help with but feel safe in knowing that when we need further assistance they are able to help.

Very good all round experience for my aunt so far.
They have been caring for her over a year now.
Kind caring genuine staff usually on time . Very approachable management. Very quick at dealing with any problems arising.

Guardian Angel Carers are my saviour.
They have started to visit my husband three times a week for an hour and it's the first step of getting him to accept help, not only for himself but for our family.
The reassurance I can call and ask for help when needed is such a relief.

I have always found the carers to be cheerful, adaptable, willing and sensitive to my needs. The standard and consistency of care is very good. They are resourceful in tackling tasks I find difficult. I look forward to their visits and have no hesitation in recommending this service.

When my father became seriously unwell last month, Guardian Angels responded to our call by arranging a visit the same day. Two days later we had a wonderful carer living in full-time - we could not be more pleased with the support we received when we really needed it. My father's carer is kind
and patient, and he has quickly grown used to her looking after him. The family can now visit and enjoy our time together.

Our family is new to the Guardian Carer service as my mum needs greater support at home and help at meal times. We have been very pleased with the level of care and attention shown in setting up my mum's service plan and the level of support that Guardian Carers have provided so far. It is a great
relief that mum is getting the regular company and help at meal times she now needs, and is able to stay in the home she loves. The family visit her regularly but it is a huge comfort that Guardian Carers give her the extra visits required. The team have already reviewed my mum's care plan and are happy to provide extra support when requested. Many thanks.

Guardian Angels Spelthorne are the best care providers we have ever had. Due to my son's complex needs, we had to be sure the care was the highest level. For over a year, their service has provided him with professionalism kindness patience and humility. Every caregiver without exception is
excellent. We recently had an emergency with a feeding tube and I went into panic mode over the carers remained calm reassuring and professional. I have had other agencies over a number of years that ranged from just about acceptable to Ok. Guardian Angels are in a league of their own where caregiving is concerned. From the extremely helpful office team to the carers providing the care I would highly recommend them.

Very pleased with the service and support from Guardian Angels. Mum had a fall and needed care put in place to enable her to return home. Guardian Angels team were great and found a way to help at very short notice. Mum was quite wary about having 'new' people in the house, however, the
friendliness, professionalism and adaptable approach of the carers to meet Mum's needs quickly allayed any worries she had. Mum now looks forward to their visits and speaks very highly about the carers who look after her. We are grateful that we found the Guardian Angels team and would highly recommend them.

The Guardian Angel team have been a great support and help for Mum and Dad over the last year. Our lovely ladies who visit are always kind, friendly and reassuring, treating our parents in a positive and respectful manner. They arrive happy and engage our parents in jolly and current conversations.
They understand both of our parent's needs and cater to this effect, whilst respecting our parent's house routine. Mum and Dad look forward to their visits and we are so happy this has been a positive experience for them. The office staff are always happy to talk and ensure the care is what we need and quick to help if more/less care is required, making changes quickly and positively. Our family are very grateful for all the help we receive from the whole team.

Pleased with the overall service and easy to contact when needed. All staff are very friendly and the carers are so helpful. Good time keeping, reliable and the rota is provided clearly giving you plenty of time with any changes for coming weeks.

Generally good, sometimes there are changes in my mum's hours. I have noticed that no one has ever notified or communicated with me that there are changes to the times of carers going in. When looking at Mum's notes some of the care has not been achieved as my mum has Alzheimer's disease and is now
refusing care, I feel and wonder whether the care team are properly trained in knowing how to deal with someone with Alzheimer's Disease.

I had to up the care whilst I was away on holiday and the office staff were caring and extremely efficient.

The care providers have transformed my well-being by taking on the arduous daily tasks, and my daughter loves the attention. The staff are excellent time keepers, cheerful and clearly love their job. The company provides effective record keeping, and the care schedule for the following week is sent
promptly and is easy to read.

Right from the outset when Mum first realised she needed some extra help the whole team from Guardian Angels were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. The ladies who came in were always punctual, kind and very conscientious. The office team were incredible especially when sorting out extra care
when Mum came out of hospital and needed just 'that bit extra'. Nothing is too much trouble for any member of the team. Mum and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company for first-class care.

All the carers that visited Dad were always kind and friendly. They all took time to talk with Dad and added notes on the portal to keep us updated after each call. Sadly Dad passed away so we only had the careers for 8 weeks but they were always caring and did whatever was required of them on each
visit. On the day Dad passed away, they spent time with us at such a difficult time. It always felt that nothing was too much. Thank you for all you did for Dad.
