My mum experienced all levels of care from GA. Firstly an introduction to care of 1 hr fortnightly . In Dec25 my mum experienced a trauma & GA response was simply incredible. Immediate response to her house , breaking in as key safe not quite installed & assisting paramedics. Staying with her in hospital all night until I could get there . My mum recovered well & on returning home extra care was needed. GA put this in place quickly & were able to reduce as needed. Unfortunately a fall led to a broken wrist & again GA responded quickly. My mum became unwell & we asked for a live in arrangement. GA made the placement quickly & considerately to my mums needs. Finally my mum required a waking carer too so she could be well assisted & monitored at night. All at GA have delivered with great care, professionalism & compassion both to my mums needs & my families.
I'm extremely grateful we found GA to start care & had an immediate "go to "when desperately needed. Enormous thanks.

Just noting that we have been using Guardian Angels for a couple of years now and really value their flexibility and attentiveness to client needs. In the last month my father has needed (at short notice) visits to the hospital and after-care support following minor surgery. GA accompanied him to his appointments and left notes for me to read that were invaluable. The daily notes from GA visitors are useful in general and the team really go above and beyond to be proactive in communicating with us when things happen with Dad - which they do periodically!

Guardian Angels have been caring for our mum since March 2026 after being discharged from hospital. The care angels are kind, caring and professional, helping my mum daily with her care needs. After staying with mum initially (I live quite a distance) I feel that their punctual visits, continuing kindness and routine are helping mum to get better. Mum is very happy with everything. Reading the care visit reports on the app is very reassuring and any questions that arise are answered by the very helpful office team. In the very first stages of mums care Guardian Angels were very supportive in putting everything in place which was and still is much appreciated. Thank you.

My father had a stroke 2 years ago, and now has reduced mobility. He has a carer who assists him every morning for half an hour, and some evenings too. He is so thankful for the service they provide. It is very bespoke to his individual circumstances. He enjoys the independence of living at home and Guardian Angels allows him to do this. All the carers are wonderful, patient and understanding. As well as performing their tasks excellently, they offer him friendly company and are always very professional and respectful. This also goes for the management team in the office, who are happy to receive feedback and to offer advice, support and help where possible.
Dad is very happy with the service that Guardian Angels provide, and the family are totally reassured, knowing that our father is so well cared for by a first class team.

My mother has been extremely satisfied with the levels of support provided to her by the very professional, knowledgeable and proactive team of carers that attend to her needs twice daily. This level of support is so reassuring to the family and whenever an adjustment is needed the response is quick and supportive. The sense of community is further enhanced with periodic gatherings at the GA Office for seeing others and having a good chat and laugh with refreshments. My mother has already been to a couple of these and really enjoys them. My special thanks to Jade for operational tweaking of roster when asked and rest of the office team! GA is really delivering exemplary care.

The team have been invaluable to our family, looking after our parents over the last few years. From the start they have been caring and wanting to understand how they can help our parents to enjoy their life at home in 'their' way. Guardian Angels get to know Mum's routine and care for her in the correct way so that it 'fits' with her home life. The team are always ready to help to assist in any way. They were flexible with assistance when my Dad needed more care at home and were always so kind and patient with him. After his passing we were able to adjust care time for Mum that suited her needs. Mum has a great relationship with her carer, (and us) who feels part of our family. We feel grateful we have such a kind and caring team on our side who look after our Mum like their own.

They are super responsive and go above and beyond in all that they do. If I have ever had a query or minor issue. They always respond quickly efficiently and with a friendly vibe. I have highly recommended them on numerous occasions to other people looking into needing additional care.
The quality of care and trust is most important to me as they spend more time with mum than anyone else.

I had a very bad reaction to a covid injection last weekend. Jo and Maia took over looking after me and constantly changing the bedding. I felt so sick that I didn't know what was happening.but it was wonderful to be able to leave it all in their capable hands

I had a very bad reaction to a covid injection last weekend. Jo and Maia took over looking after me and constantly changing the bedding. I felt so sick that I didn't know what was happening.but it was wonderful to be able to leave it all in their capable hands
and just get better. Wonderful care

Extremely happy with the level of care my mum receives every week from her carers. They are always on time, happy, caring and kind to her. When dealing with office staff always find them friendly and helpful.

Guardian Angels continue to go above and beyond in their service for Mum (87), who is requiring a little more help each month. They are so sweet and fun as they help her wash and dress in the morning, that she always has a smile on her face by the time she sits down for breakfast. The admin side too is amazing, able to adapt to even last minute changes of time and last minute additional instructions as the situation at home changes. A friendly and highly responsive team of caring staff all-round.

The office staff are very helpful and professional. They always communicate well and do their best to ensure that appropriate arrangements are in place. The carers are all very nice and do a great job looking after my Mum. During the 6 months we have been using Guardian Angels, we have never been let down and the carers are always very helpful and nice to deal with. Its good to know that my Mum is in safe hands and the feedback I can get through the portal gives me a good view of what each carer has been doing during their visits.

We needed a carer for mum coming out of hospital, because she had fractured her spine. I was able to be with her for a week or so but then needed evening care incase she needed her commode or needed the toilet etc. I called Guardian Angel among others to put support into place, they were by far the most professional during the "get to know you" session. That care and attention led me to choose them because I wanted to be sure mum would be ok without me. Once the care was in place and started I was relieved that the attention to detail and care that I saw in the "meet me" session was also reflected in the carers. Extremely friendly yet always professional. I will not hesitate again in using Guardian Angel in the future. If you are looking for a care agency do not hesitate in contacting Guardian Angel. Their fees are on the higher end, but honestly you definately pay for what you get with them.
