Generally good, sometimes there are changes in my mum's hours. I have noticed that no one has ever notified or communicated with me that there are changes to the times of carers going in. When looking at Mum's notes some of the care has not been achieved as my mum has Alzheimer's disease and is now
refusing care, I feel and wonder whether the care team are properly trained in knowing how to deal with someone with Alzheimer's Disease.

We do email you a schedule in advance each week, which is opened, however, we are always happy to look for other ways of communicating this and make improvements. Our carers all receive Alzheimer's training. What we do know, is that for people living with Alzheimer's, it really is unique to each person the care they receive and not a 'one size fits all' approach works. Sometimes this can take time, innovation and thinking outside the box to achieve tasks and other activities or sometimes we are unfortunately unsuccessful.

All carers arrived on time and carried out any duties required in a friendly and sympathetic manner.
I had to up the care whilst I was away on holiday and the office staff were caring and extremely efficient.

The care providers have transformed my well-being by taking on the arduous daily tasks, and my daughter loves the attention. The staff are excellent time keepers, cheerful and clearly love their job. The company provides effective record keeping, and the care schedule for the following week is sent

Right from the outset when Mum first realised she needed some extra help the whole team from Guardian Angels were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. The ladies who came in were always punctual, kind and very conscientious. The office team were incredible especially when sorting out extra care
when Mum came out of hospital and needed just 'that bit extra'. Nothing is too much trouble for any member of the team. Mum and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company for first-class care.

All the carers that visited Dad were always kind and friendly. They all took time to talk with Dad and added notes on the portal to keep us updated after each call. Sadly Dad passed away so we only had the careers for 8 weeks but they were always caring and did whatever was required of them on each
visit. On the day Dad passed away, they spent time with us at such a difficult time. It always felt that nothing was too much. Thank you for all you did for Dad.

Guardian Angel Care supported my mother over the last 12 months. The entire team at Guardian Angel Care (from my initial contact, the office team and the carers) were exceptional. My mum was initially reticent to have "care" but really came to see the value it brought her, and us (her family) in allowing
her to remain in her own home, with her beloved dog. This was my mum's biggest wish. It also allowed her family to spend quality time with her (not running around doing jobs)! She came to really value the care, attention and social interaction with the carers. She had her regular favourites, of course, but they were all outstanding.
I would not hesitate to recommend Guardian Angel Care to anyone thinking of using their services.

Since my first phone call enquiring about starting care for my mum, Guardian Angels have always been flexible, professional, happy to help and above all caring both to my mum and myself. I have already recommended them to someone else. They have helped ease the load for me as they take Mum to hospital
appointments for me too. They are worth the money for peace of mind.

All the carers were very pleasant and very helpful. They got me through the first month of my recovery from my accident with kindness and cheerfulness. It was most helpful to have a schedule of visits, and everyone came on time. Should I need help again I would not hesitate to contact Guardian Angels.

We moved care for my parents to Guardian Angels from another company. There was a huge difference in the quality of staff, their training and sensitivity to my parents needs. As things have moved on we have gone from day time visits to live in care. We are very happy with our GA carer, they allow my
parents independence but keep them safe and happy.
The team in the office are always on call if I need to discuss anything with them.
I would thoroughly recommend them.

My mother's health deteriorated after a chest infection in March and she was spending most of the day on or in her bed. I was visiting 3 times a day. Guardian Angels stepped in at short notice to provide the care needed. Her schedule has settled down and she generally has the same members of the team
at roughly the same time each day, providing continuity. Being able to see their notes after every visit means I can keep an eye on things.

My real concerns are twofold, to be honest:-
1- several times in weeks gone by, my father has recently had many different carers and this week for instance on the schedule there are 5 different named carers.
2- we originally asked for a slot 09:00 -09:45 but the carers are turning up much much later
at the weekends, usually it is gone 10:15 before anyone shows up and on the schedule this week on Sunday it is showing as an 11:00 start and there is one start at 08:30 which is if no use to Dad at all.
I have emailed complaining but as yet not had a response/reply.

We are very happy with the care provided to my mother. All our carers are friendly, attentive, and very chatty, which is a tonic for somebody who doesn't leave the house! I would recommend Guardian Angels.

Guardian Angels provided post-operative care and I could not have made the recovery I have without them.
Given the uncertain nature of their job, they were remarkably prompt with their appointments and the carers themselves could not have been more helpful - and all the time kept and demonstrated the
vital ingredient of 'a sense of humour' - particularly when it came to trying to put on and taking off pressure stockings!
Highly recommended - should I fall ill or need help again I would not hesitate to contact them.

Great service from the initial meeting to setting up liaison, carer and payment. Dad is now able to have an all-over wash with assistance and rest breaks and to have a chat whilst the carer prepares his dinner.

Mum needed carers urgently and Guardian Angel Carers - Spelthorne were able to start within two days and it was a huge weight off my mind knowing Mum had help three times a day. I have met some of the carers and they are wonderful and very friendly. The ladies in the office are super friendly and helpful
as well. I would highly recommend.

All of the Guardian Angels have been wonderful. From the first call, to my mother's assessment and the carers chosen to look after her; they have been so helpful and accommodating. The carers have enabled my mum to start enjoying life after a long illness and I couldn't be more grateful.

My mum's carers look after her well and bring a burst of energy and warmth into an otherwise lonely house. Her main carer is well matched and encourages her to eat and to be more active. She is always positive.
