Louise’s Story
Louise began her career in care in 2013, bringing with her a strong foundation in customer service from her earlier roles in retail. Over the years, she has progressed through a variety of positions—including Carer, Care Supervisor, Care Coordinator, and Complex Care lead—building both hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the care sector.
Now a multi-branch Registered Manager and business owner, Louise is passionate about delivering care that is not only high-quality and person-centred, but also responsive to the evolving needs of her community. Her work has been recognised at both local and regional levels, including:

Liz’s Story
Liz has worked in the care industry since early 2013, following a background in retail and customer service. Those early roles helped develop strong interpersonal and communication skills, which have served as a solid foundation throughout her career in care.
Since then, Liz has gained extensive experience across various roles, including Carer, Care Supervisor, Care Coordinator, and in Complex Care. Her journey through these roles has shaped her deep understanding of care delivery and her commitment to continuous improvement.
Today, Liz is the Registered Manager for two Guardian Angel Carers branches, where she leads with passion, professionalism, and a clear focus on quality. She is dedicated to developing outstanding care services that are responsive to the needs of individuals in the community, and she takes pride in mentoring her team to deliver compassionate, person-centred care every day.
