I am so grateful to Guardian Angels for their wonderful carers who do the showering, now twice a week for my elderly mother. They have also recommended cleaners & a chiropodist to me for my mother who has just turned 98. I highly recommend this company, who have been extraordinarily helpful in many
ways and I as the main carer to mum, I feel to some degree liberated to have this kind of support with quality carers and management.
I highly recommend this company for those who are in similar position as a carer. They are truly a lifesaver!
I wish them all the best and I highly recommend them.

Guardian Angels have been caring for my Dad who has dementia for several months now. They have been amazing. All the carers are so kind and caring and also always check in and speak with my mum too. They have been very accommodating in changing the times if needed and you can always contact them.
I
know we could not manage without their care and support. It is so lovely that I know my dad is being so well cared for and also supporting my mum too.
I highly recommend them.

My late, very elderly relative was cared for amazingly well by Guardian Angels for the last few years of his life. They were very quick to adapt to changing situations, adding help with showering, then night care, within hours of the request and even spending time with him in hospital. My relative was
a strong-minded, independent man, who could be very difficult at times, but his Guardian Angel carers lived up to their name and always treated him with kindness and respect, helping him to retain his dignity and as much of his highly valued independence as possible. It seemed that they would support him in every area of his life, including taking him out to shop, visit the doctor, the hospital, the bank, etc. I have two other elderly relatives for whom I have some responsibility of care and I am grateful that, in this case, when I could not visit, I felt comfortable in the knowledge that his Guardian Angels would be there not just caring for him, but genuinely caring about him.

Ive been a service user with Guardian Angels for a few years now and i cant praise them enough .
The carers are incredible. Very friendly, and nothing is too much trouble . I always look forward to my calls , where it feels as though my friends are paying me a visit.
The team working in the office
are exceptional . Again, very friendly yet professionable .
I have recently lost my husband and eveyone at Guardian Angels have been so patient with me at this difficult time . They all have been so supportive and caring . I cant thank them enough.
You really are in safe , caring hands whether its for an assisted trip out or personal care and help around the home to remain as independent as possible wirh Guardian Angels 10/10

They have been amazing, nothing is too much trouble, efficient, friendly and a real knack of seeing what was needed and when.
Mums care plan etc and care started in 2 days, it was exceptional.
They took the weight off my shoulders when we didn't know what to do or where to turn.
They even helped with
all form filling etc.
I will never be able to thank them enough.
Truly incredible.

We have been receiving care from Guardian Angels for nearly a year now - firstly twice a week but more recently four times a day. Throughout this time the carers have been capable, friendly and gentle. They have respected both my wife and my wishes and over the time that they have been coming have
become 'friends'. Our needs are regularly assessed by the senior staff and care has been modified to suit circumstances. All the staff have shared their views and ideas. They have responded to my wife's changing needs with dignity and have been able to develop the relationship they have with us so that we look forward to them coming. There is consistency in the carers who come to us with two of them being especially key, and it is unusual for someone to come who does not know what to expect. I can recommend Guardian Angels unreservedly.

I can't recommend Guardian Angels highly enough.From management to reception, everyone was unfailingly reliable, patient, thoughtful, caring, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, supportive and helpful throughout a very stressful & worrying time as my aunt's dementia accelerated rapidly & GP service/hospital
were showing no interest or offering any care or help at all, leaving me at my wits' end. Guardian Angels were a reassuring light in the darkness for me & my aunt - starting with 3x daily visits, then live-in care - always at the end of a phone, always ready to answer any question, no matter how small.They kept me informed every step of the way of my aunt's condition, what they were doing, called me if they were any concerns and fought determinedly for weeks for the GP service to do its job and provide needed medical care.I trusted Guardian Angels entirely, & most importantly, my aunt trusted them as she became increasingly confused and frightened. They are an extraordinary service.

I chose Guardian Angel Carers because my partner and I are having a difficult time after I was hurt in an accident.
We immediately realised we had made a good choice.
The carers all give us exactly the kind of support we need to avoid one of us having to seek alternative accommodation.
They are
all friendly and helpful. They arrive on time and accept our requests for all kinds of personal and domestic assistance. They are energetic and they take their own initiative without necessarily having to be instructed.
They vacuum the rooms. They do the washing up. They enjoy cooking to our recipes or with suggestions of their ow,n.
Their companionship is important to us. They have a good understanding of our difficulties and are always willing to make our shared sessions great fun.

The Guardian Angels team have looked after my 85 year old father in his home for the past 2 years, visiting three times a day. The care and support they have provided has included personal care, washing and dressing, cleaning, changing bed sheets (daily!)shopping, cooking meals and accompanying him
to medical appointments.Liz's communication is excellent and the Management and staff genuinely care for their clients, they also follow the relevant processes where there are safeguarding issues and are happy to support with communicating with Social Services.
I am hugely grateful to all the team for the support they have given both my father and myself over the past 2 years and would highly recommend them - true Guardian Angels!
