I chose Guardian Angel Carers because my partner and I are having a difficult time after I was hurt in an accident.
We immediately realised we had made a good choice.
The carers all give us exactly the kind of support we need to avoid one of us having to seek alternative accommodation.
They are
all friendly and helpful. They arrive on time and accept our requests for all kinds of personal and domestic assistance. They are energetic and they take their own initiative without necessarily having to be instructed.
They vacuum the rooms. They do the washing up. They enjoy cooking to our recipes or with suggestions of their ow,n.
Their companionship is important to us. They have a good understanding of our difficulties and are always willing to make our shared sessions great fun.

The Guardian Angels team have looked after my 85 year old father in his home for the past 2 years, visiting three times a day. The care and support they have provided has included personal care, washing and dressing, cleaning, changing bed sheets (daily!)shopping, cooking meals and accompanying him
to medical appointments.Liz's communication is excellent and the Management and staff genuinely care for their clients, they also follow the relevant processes where there are safeguarding issues and are happy to support with communicating with Social Services.
I am hugely grateful to all the team for the support they have given both my father and myself over the past 2 years and would highly recommend them - true Guardian Angels!

My mum has been back home for only a couple of weeks but is happy to be home and being cared for by Guardian Angels carers. She says that they are all nice, and some are lovely!
We used them for several months previously and I have found the office in Worthing to be great to deal with. They are reliable
and easy to get hold of, and really helpful with practical suggestions and feedback to make my mum, (who is 105 years old) able to live at home safely and as independently as possible.
They are happy to organise shopping, medical intervention if needed, in fact anything to help. I live a long way away and I am very pleased to have the agency keeping a close eye on all aspects of mums health and wellbeing.
I am able to follow the carers visits and read any notes, in real time, using the web portal that they offer clients relatives. I value this service as it helps me keep a watch out for how mum is getting on,its very reassuring.

As a family, we have replied on the care and support of various care agencies.
Guardian Angel have been my brother, and his wife's, support for the last few years. We have been very happy with the care they receive. The cares are very experienced, and report immediately any concerns regarding their
health and wellbeing, back to the office. The family are notified, and assisted on arranging appropriate response. It can be very difficult and stressful looking after sick and elderly relatives, but with good help and support, it can make life much less stressful for everyone involved.
Very pleased we found such a lovely caring, and helpful home care agency.

Guardian Angels have been really excellent caring for my Dad as he transitioned into an assisted living environment after he lost his wife (my Mum). They have been quite incredible. They understand him as an individual, and really look after him exceptionally well. They are patient, caring and go not
just one but two or three steps beyond what you might expect. Their communication is excellent with timely and useful reviews as he has been adjusting to living with various conditions. They are also 100% reliable, I have literally never heard from them letting us down. I really can't recommend them highly enough - I don't know what better could even look like!

Guardian Angels provide an excellent service. All the carers are efficient, caring, friendly and cheerful . It is such a load off my mind to have the household chores I find difficult taken care of. Nothing is too much trouble. This week my carer, usually punctual, was running late, and phoned me to
let me know. I really appreciate that, knowing there are times when others needs are important.
If I have a query management listen and deal with it.

From the first visit, 6 months ago, to now, we have had a succession of wonderful carers coming into the house. My husband has Alzheimer's Disease and we needed help in the mornings getting him up, showered and dressed. Additionally he needed some stimulating companionship. His initial reaction to the
idea was a resounding "No", but every morning he looks forward to whoever is coming, and I hear stimulating conversation and joyous laughter coming out of the bathroom, over breakfast and for a social hour afterwards. Meanwhile I am able to get on with chores or to pop out to the shops, which has taken a lot of pressure off me. The support of the team in the office is immediate and positive, there is always someone available. I had delayed seeking this help as I thought I should be able to do it all; little did I realise what a fantastic benefit it would be to both of us. I looked no further than Guardian Angels, I'm so glad I found them.

We have been absolutely delighted with Guardian Angels, from the caring nature of the Angels to the Management Team.
Everybody has been so warm and lovely and I have nothing but positive things to say and would highly recommend them.
Communication has been great and any queries dealt with promptly.
On occasions when I have had to book additional short notice care or tweak the timing of a visit, they have gone above and beyond to try and assist.
The rapport that they have built with my Father in Law is wonderful and he looks forward to seeing them each visit. It is really nice that he gets to have the same people frequently aswell.

Great support from the Angels right from the start. Dad was admitted to hospital on five occasions in 2025 for infection based episodes and the Angels were often the initial source of reporting to the family of concerns with dad. They use their initiative to ensure that dad gets the best possible sign-posting,
whether that is a 111 call a 999 call or family member/ other health provider. The local team have been immense in demonstrating flexibility at short notice to provide additional care or specific needs. I have been very impressed. The on-line Family Portal provides reassurance to us as a family being able to access dad's notes which are very informative and descriptive. I have witnessed the carer's at work and I have been very impressed with their approach and communication with dad who turned 90yrs last year. I would strongly recommend the Angels to local families seeking a reliable and helpful caring service for loved ones.

My Mum is very happy with the overnight support that she receives from Care Angels. The staff have been friendly and helpful from our first meeting with Crystal through to now, making repeat bookings. Mum has bonded well with Susan and looks forward to her visits. The team are always responsive to our
requests and it is really useful to receive the care schedule me in advance to help Mum with her planning as she has memory loss. I would recommend Care Angels to family and friends.

I can honestly say guardian Angels are the best care company I have had experience with. I have had experience with others and nothing beats them. The carers are amazing and always pleased to see my friend who they care for. She always says they are literally her Gaudian Angles. Nothing is ever to much
for them they go above and beyond. I just wish I knew about them when my mum was alive as the care is just exceptional. A big thank you to you all for your continuous support.

I am very grateful and happy with the care that my dad receives from Guardian Angels. The carers that regularly and know Dad well at time show good understanding of his needs and his dementia and give excellent care and kindness. It is hard for the carers that don't come regularly and know dad well,
and also if the carer is new to the professional. The care given is still good, but sometimes the understanding of his dementia, and how helpful it is to talk to him doing his care is not always understood. We do miss some of the outstanding carers that we had got to know over Dad's time with Guardian Angels, that experience and knowledge of their professional is a very precious and valuable things. We thank all the lovely carers that come and give Dad excellent care and often go the extra mile for us both - Thank you!
