Guardian Angels have enabled my Mum to have a better standard of living, both physically - cleanliness - and socially. I believe that they have made her feel like a they are visiting a friend. She feels relaxed and comfortable with her regular carer and is now much more sociable in general.

My husband, with Alzheimer's Disease and a slow growing brain tumour was recovered in Hospital with a bad UTI for a week from 30th March to 4th April and needed to be discharged on that day.As I did not have any backup help for when he was meant to come home, and I was being pressurized by the hospital
to discharge him, I contacted Guardian Angels to see if they could help me.They visited quickly during the day and arranged for a carer to come in the next day Saturday. Stephen, carer, came in for the next week whilst my husband was readdapting to being home.Davide very kindly visited too on the 7th April to see if he could help in the matter as my husband was refusing personal care and he was able to speak to him in Italian.However the care package finished on the 10th April because of the above problem and not because there was anything wrong with the agency and the professional way they reached out to help me in a difficult situation.

The team go above and beyond to ensure Mum is cared for they even went with her to A&E unexpectedly for which we were so grateful. On a day to day basis the respectful care they give and the extra little touches makes them feel more like part of the family-I can't praise them enough.

I have a Neurological condition, Epilepsy, since I was young, and also in the last years suffered a Mental Health condition - seeing Guardian Angels has been exceptional - they understand the difference; and not ONCE have I suffered from Neurodiversity; which after these last years is exceptional

When we first contacted Guardian Angels to help our elderly parents around the house a bit, we didn't quite know what to expect. What started off as a weekly visit became a daily visit, then three times daily, then two longer visits a day, then eventually a live-in carer. Every step of the way Guardian
Angels were there for our parents, and for us also. Nothing was too much to ask for, and while our parents ended up having quite specific needs towards our time with GA, both our parents were treated with dignity and respect. Just having someone there in a GA uniform brought us reassurance. ,In terms of general management and day to day communications we were also happy with the website detailing our parents' care being updated several times a day. Mum has had home care since September 2013. The care given by Guardian Angels since December 2022. Has been outstanding in every respect.

Guardian Angel have provided excellent care services and have been flexible with changes of plan. My husband and I are very pleased with them. It would be helpful if they had more carers well versed in urinary continence care.

Generally very good - and certainly made us aware of health issues etc. team were always very friendly with us when we visited. A couple of carers exceptionally good eg helped us when things got very tricky .
There were a couple of times we were disappointed with the way food was presented to mum

which did not help her reluctant eating . Early on we were perhaps disappointed that team did not help mum more with rehab eg exercises , getting her cooking and gardening ( we know that later it would not have been possible)
Sometimes a bit frustrated with some charges eg bank holiday rates!

We're sorry to hear that there were areas where you felt disappointed. Please know that our team always worked with care and compassion to support your mum in every way possible. Our carers regularly encouraged her with gentle exercise and activities that she felt comfortable doing, such as baking, cooking and going out for a coffee. Our senior carer also often checked in outside of her normal hours to make sure your mum was doing well.We truly did everything we could to help your mum remain at home for as long as possible and to make her feel safe and cared for. While we respect the family's decision for her to move into residential care, we were proud to have supported her during that time and wish you all the very best for the future.

The care my mum receives from all the carers is first class. She loves the outings they take her on and is always in fantastic spirits when she returns. Communication and support from all staff have been amazing from day one and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Aga has been more than exceptional - explaining how to help us as a family navigate elderly care with respect and dignity. Sharese attends to my parents each day and has earnt their trust is a very short space of time.
