Our carers regularly encouraged her with gentle exercise and activities that she felt comfortable doing, such as baking, cooking and going out for a coffee. Our senior carer also often checked in outside of her normal hours to make sure your mum was doing well.We truly did everything we could to help your mum remain at home for as long as possible and to make her feel safe and cared for. While we respect the family's decision for her to move into residential care, we were proud to have supported her during that time and wish you all the very best for the future.
