All of my life I've had to have Carers to support me through the good and bad times.This CARE AGENCY has been one of the best I've ever had, all of the staff are amazing and understands the importance of their work includes the clients feelings and their families as well. Done well. My only difficulty is that my situation remains about the same but in the past reviews I list what I require but after a while the requests are forgotten and revert, especially no male carers - occasionally a male is listed. No carer before 11:30 or 12. Recently offered 10 am again - but
have an excellent, consistent carer currently who really understands my needs. That is excellent - just what I require.

We cannot speak highly enough of Guardian Angels and the care they provided to my father in the many months before his passing. Their service was compassionate, personable, and deeply respectful of him and our family.


They took the time to understand not only my father's needs, but also our complex

family situation, offering guidance and reassurance during a very difficult stage of life. Communication was outstanding - clear, timely, and thoughtful - including with family overseas. We always felt informed and supported.


Guardian Angels were unfailingly reliable, always on time, honest, and reasonably priced. Their flexibility allowed care to be tailored as my father's needs changed.


Most importantly, they formed a genuine relationship with my dad, showing patience, understanding, and warmth, and becoming a true friend when family could not be with him. Having Guardian Angels involved in our family's life was an absolute and unexpected pleasure.

I have been using the services of Guardian Angel Carers for a few months on an ad hoc basis for those times when I'm not available to help Mum at home and I have to say, they've been an absolute life-saver.


Mum was initially apprehensive about using agency carers but now she looks forward to every

visit with relish. They are always kind, capable and extremely good company for her. We have now started using the Angels to help Mum to get herself up and dressed on a regular basis, and amazingly she agreed without hesitation- such is her enthusiasm!


For my part, they go above and beyond to accommodate my unpredictable schedule and last minute requests. The communication and reliability is first class. 100% endorsement for this company!

It gives me pleasure to write this review. I have used a number of carer services over the years. They were all adequate, but no more than that. They went about their tasks mechanically.
Then I got lucky - I found Guardian Angels. I have a number of different angels looking after me. They operate
as individuals, but instead of the "passive" care I'd received previously, the Angels were always looking for routines that would enhance my house bound life. And they succeeded! I look forward every day to the arrival
of a carer who has become a friend.
Guardian Angels should be the standard against which other carers are judged.

Guardian Angels have enabled my Mum to have a better standard of living, both physically - cleanliness - and socially. I believe that they have made her feel like a they are visiting a friend. She feels relaxed and comfortable with her regular carer and is now much more sociable in general.
Mum was
very introverted prior to having the weekly visits. Keeping herself to herself and not allowing any visitors into her flat.
They have been consistent with care, easy to contact should any questions have arisen, friendly and approachable.


We are both very pleased with the standard of care she is receiving from the company as a whole.

My husband, with Alzheimer's Disease and a slow growing brain tumour was recovered in Hospital with a bad UTI for a week from 30th March to 4th April and needed to be discharged on that day.As I did not have any backup help for when he was meant to come home, and I was being pressurized by the hospital
to discharge him, I contacted Guardian Angels to see if they could help me.They visited quickly during the day and arranged for a carer to come in the next day Saturday. Stephen, carer, came in for the next week whilst my husband was readdapting to being home.Davide very kindly visited too on the 7th April to see if he could help in the matter as my husband was refusing personal care and he was able to speak to him in Italian.However the care package finished on the 10th April because of the above problem and not because there was anything wrong with the agency and the professional way they reached out to help me in a difficult situation.
I should like to recommend them.

The team go above and beyond to ensure Mum is cared for they even went with her to A&E unexpectedly for which we were so grateful. On a day to day basis the respectful care they give and the extra little touches makes them feel more like part of the family-I can't praise them enough.

I have a Neurological condition, Epilepsy, since I was young, and also in the last years suffered a Mental Health condition - seeing Guardian Angels has been exceptional - they understand the difference; and not ONCE have I suffered from Neurodiversity; which after these last years is exceptional
I
have two ladies I see - and not once have I felt judged... Exceptionally I have felt very reassured that they know what to do; and would not be put in a difficult position; this is an outstanding feeling to have after all of these years
We tend to splash out and have coffee and cake, and then we end up laughing like crazy
The thing that has been outstanding is that I am far more happy and relaxed - and this has exactly the same effect on my family as well...

Guardian Angels acted in a professional manner to all events they were faced with. They went above and beyond the package that was originally agreed. The team were very easy to communicate with and put measures in place swiftly.

When we first contacted Guardian Angels to help our elderly parents around the house a bit, we didn't quite know what to expect. What started off as a weekly visit became a daily visit, then three times daily, then two longer visits a day, then eventually a live-in carer. Every step of the way Guardian
Angels were there for our parents, and for us also. Nothing was too much to ask for, and while our parents ended up having quite specific needs towards our time with GA, both our parents were treated with dignity and respect. Just having someone there in a GA uniform brought us reassurance. ,In terms of general management and day to day communications we were also happy with the website detailing our parents' care being updated several times a day. Thank you.

Guardian Angels have been outstanding. The whole team has shown kindness, understanding and treating mum with dignity and respect. They attend to mum each day and have developed a great relationship in a short period of time. The carers are experienced, supportive & friendly and this gives me such reassurance
and I highly recommend them

I have never experienced care quite like it. Where do you find your carers. If I need extra care at anytime I just have to call the office and a carer is sent out to help me. Very approachable staff. The carers are very caring and treat me with respect.
