After not being able to cope with my beloved shower how wonderful to be TAKEN CARE OF with personal details carried out in a dignified & straightforward way. Then the bonus of help with chores like fresh sheets & bed making, taking to appointment, help with exercises, listening to a moan without judgement (really important).

Estzer is a lovely caring person who does her job beautifully and I have no hesitation in saying how much I have enjoyed her being here. She is an excellent carer.

We are very pleased with the help we have received from Guardian Angels. They have all been nice, understandable and kind. They went above & beyond getting the right person to support my mother. Prompt reply to my emails and kept me in the loop at every stage.

I don't doubt that we will need guardian angels again as time goes on, but I thank you for helping my sister live much more independently at the moment.

I am very grateful and happy with the care that my dad receives from Guardian Angels. The carers that regularly and know Dad well at time show good understanding of his needs and his dementia and give excellent care and kindness. It is hard for the carers that don't come regularly and know dad well, and also if the carer is new to the professional. The care given is still good, but sometimes the understanding of his dementia, and how helpful it is to talk to him doing his care is not always understood. We do miss some of the outstanding carers that we had got to know over Dad's time with Guardian Angels, that experience and knowledge of their professional is a very precious and valuable things. We thank all the lovely carers that come and give Dad excellent care and often go the extra mile for us both - Thank you!

The Guardian Angels care team are superb. They are trustworthy, kind and truly caring. They have worked diligently to keep Mum happy through a challenging period in our lives, keeping me informed about any changes, conveying any health issues related to Mum's everyday living with speed and care. The carers are truly invested in her wellbeing, they are kind and competent and truly care about her. What more can we ask for? This is an exceptional organization, I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for carers for their loved ones

Right from the very beginning, the whole Guardian Angel team displayed a level of professionalism and warmth that made a real difference to the lives of our parents and to ours as a family. The carers demonstrated genuine kindness, patience and compassion often going above and beyond. The team were extremely flexible with providing care when we needed it, even when circumstances changed at very short notice. It also gave us peace of mind knowing that someone was at the end of the phone for advice, support and being an advocate for our parents. It was a big decision to invite carers into our family home but we soon realised that we had made the right decision trusting Guardian Angels.

From the beginning to the end, we had a very professional service. All the carers Mum had over the Christmas period were great and looked after her needs. Whilst only a temporary arrangement I am now looking to get my mum home permanently out of a care home and will be looking forward to using Guardian Angels to care for her. The care at home mum experienced was 1000 times better than at the care home.

As a family of an elderly cousin of 84 who spent 3 months in hospital following a fall, we are so grateful to Guardian Angels who organised her discharge and return home with support from a live-in carer. She has made excellent progress with the help of the carer and they have become firm friends. Guardian Angels have been exemplary throughout, organising extra equipment when needed, and keeping the family updated. We would certainly have no hesitation in using Guardian Angels again in the future should the need arise.

Over the past year or so Guardian Angels have been a godsend in looking after my partner with MND. As a company and individual carers, they could not do enough to help. Nothing was too much trouble. We have formed really strong relationships with the key carers, providing emotional as well as physical support. They have been able to adapt quickly to the ever-changing needs of MND to ensure the right level of care is provided.

I will happily increase the care when I need it, I am very happy with my support.

The business support manager and the Guardian Angel Carers team could not have been more brilliant in caring for both my parents. I am so grateful for the immense professionalism combined with real kindness and care. I would give six stars if that was an option!

I would totally recommend Guardian Angel Carers Eastleigh. They have been very efficient, caring and accommodating with my mother's changing care needs. Lovely people; always there to help and easy to contact by phone or email. Very friendly staff, from management to the carers themselves.
