I can't recommend Guardian Angels highly enough. From management to reception, everyone was unfailingly reliable, patient, thoughtful, caring, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, supportive and helpful throughout a very stressful & worrying time as my aunt's dementia accelerated rapidly & GP service/hospital were showing no interest or offering any care or help at all, leaving me at my wits' end. Guardian Angels were a reassuring light in the darkness for me & my aunt - starting with 3x daily visits, then live-in care - always at the end of a phone, always ready to answer any question, no matter how small. They kept me informed every step of the way of my aunt's condition, what they were doing, called me if they were any concerns and fought determinedly for weeks for the GP service to do its job and provide needed medical care.I trusted Guardian Angels entirely, & most importantly, my aunt trusted them as she became increasingly confused and frightened. They are an extraordinary service.
Could not ask for a better care service, so easy to talk to management. If you're looking for visiting care for a relative I cannot recommend Guardian Angels enough the carers are brilliant, always helpful, always ask if there's anything they can help with, my mum loves all of her carers if she could she would have them 24/7. Again if you're looking for care please use Guardian Angels.
Thank you so much Sarah for leaving us such a wonderful review. It's been amazing that we've been able to support your mum.
Everybody has been so warm and lovely and I have nothing but positive things to say and would highly recommend them.
Communication has been great and any queries dealt with promptly. On occasions when I have had to book additional short notice care or tweak the timing of a visit, they have gone above and beyond to try and assist.
The rapport that they have built with my Father in Law is wonderful and he looks forward to seeing them each visit. It is really nice that he gets to have the same people frequently aswell.
From the first visit, 6 months ago, to now, we have had a succession of wonderful carers coming into the house. My husband has Alzheimer's Disease and we needed help in the mornings getting him up, showered and dressed. Additionally he needed some stimulating companionship. His initial reaction to the idea was a resounding "No", but every morning he looks forward to whoever is coming, and I hear stimulating conversation and joyous laughter coming out of the bathroom, over breakfast and for a social hour afterwards. Meanwhile I am able to get on with chores or to pop out to the shops, which has taken a lot of pressure off me. The support of the team in the office is immediate and positive, there is always someone available. I had delayed seeking this help as I thought I should be able to do it all; little did I realise what a fantastic benefit it would be to both of us. I looked no further than Guardian Angels, I'm so glad I found them.
Guardian Angel Carers Mid Sussex really have been my guardian angels over the last 11 months, taking the very best care of me and my pets as I slowly recovered from surgery. They have always been kind and professional and nothing has been too much for them. I will miss them greatly as I move out of the area and recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone needing that extra bit of support.
The Guardian Angel Care Team were very professional and welcoming from our very first contact. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they always listened and tailored Dad's care accordingly. We felt very supported by the whole team.
Thank you so much for your great review. One staff member in particular and I are and as a team, we are very proud to hear we have been able to meet the care needs for your father. Thank you again
As the only family/sole carer, I needed help looking after my elderly father with Alzheimer's to enable him to remain as long as possible in his own flat. I made the switch to Guardian Angels in September 2024 after receiving poor service and communication over a period of six months from another care company where I felt the genuine human warmth and compassion and common sense domestic backup was lacking. It was the right decision. What a difference once we made this change! The service we're now receiving is excellent. Carers are really lovely and do not perform listed tasks in a mechanical way, but instead genuinely care and use common sense to see what needs doing. Their care notes reflect this. Staff in the office are consistently warm and friendly and nothing is too much trouble, doing their job thoroughly. Communication has been really exceptional and you can tell they care. A lifeline visiting Dad twice daily for companionship/medications. Would most highly recommend.
My brother needs lots of help as his mobility is poor. Planning a week away I entrusted his care to Guardian Angels and they lived up to the name. He was well looked after, they were all friendly and helpful. We won't hesitate to use them again.
Guardian Angels were absolute lifesavers when our Mum passed away in July of this year. The Angels took care of our Dad during a transition period and we could not have got through this difficult time without them. The care, attention to detail, kindness and most importantly love that they offered were incredible. I would highly recommend all of the Angels to anyone looking for heart-led support and care for their family members.
Thank you Georgina for your wonderful review and very kind words. My Angels will be delighted when they read your review.
Each of the carers gave me companionship and answered my every need. I had not given you much time to organise my weeks care but you were very efficient my schedule worked well. Next January I will be asking you to cover the time when my family go on holiday. I have told elderly friends of the care I received and recommended you.
Thank you for coming to Mum's funeral service, that meant a lot.
Perfect, outstanding and cared for with a heart.
Thank you.
I am very satisfied with the standard of care provided by Guardian Angels. The carers are very efficient, kind and helpful. I am very grateful that Guardian Angels has enabled me to stay in my own home. I will certainly recommend them to anyone seeking home care.
Thank you for your very kind words and review. It is an absolute pleasure for us to help support you.
Guardian Angels helped support my mother for almost a year on her return home from respite care after she fell and broke her rib. They assessed her needs meticulously in discussion with Mum and the family, arriving at a plan tailored to her specific needs. Care was delivered by a friendly and professional team of regular caregivers who established good relationships with Mum. The support was person-centred, with preferences respected. Communication was always good and new information was acted on efficiently. I would like to thank Guardian Angels for their support and am happy to recommend their services.
On behalf of the whole team and I, we would like to thank you for your feedback.
My husband returned home from hospital in January less well physically and mentally and I had been his main carer for over eight years with no support. Guardian Angel Carers were so supportive and kind, their care was over and beyond normal as they went the extra mile! They made it clear that any problems, i.e. hospital bed being moved into another room or a lesson in how to use night catheters, was a phone call away and made sure that their visits fitted in with our needs. They were wonderful and I couldn't recommend them high enough.
We really cannot recommend them enough.
Since my father came out of rehab, he has needed care visits four times a day. This company has done its best to fit into the times requested by him and is trying to get all the visits into his preferred time frame. All the carers so far have been very good - nothing seems too much trouble. The owner keeps my dad and me updated if and when required and asks if everything is okay. So far, we are very happy with the service my father is receiving.
The owners of Guardian Angel Carers are extremely caring and compassionate, they helped me with my mother when she had a stroke. She was booked to have daily care from them but sadly passed away the next day, they kept in contact to check the family was okay. They were genuinely concerned, such lovely people. I would recommend them to look after anyone's relative as you can be sure your loved one will be in good caring hands. Thank you again for your kindness.
