Guardian Angels have provided outstanding live-in care for my mother for more than two years. Her live-in carer, Cynthia, is wonderful, highly experienced and extremely tuned in to my mother's challenging and variable care needs due to Parkinson's Disease. She is kind, cheerful and genuinely caring. She also has a great relationship with me and the wider family.
Cynthia came to us after my mother was hospitalised following a fall, spent two weeks in a nursing home, and in a very poor state of health. The continuity of care, together with Cynthia's dedication, has been transformative, and my mother is now in a much more stable and positive condition.
Cynthia cooks nutritious, balanced meals and provides excellent day-to-day support. She also manages all medication efficiently, liaising with the GP and pharmacy when needed.

We greatly value the backup and reassurance provided by the wider Guardian Angels team and care managers, who are always professional, responsive, and supportive.

Having a frequent visitor as a carer is a new experience for me. This has now been happening for many months and so I feel I have got to know her and, more importantly, she has got to know me. As I live in a block of flats she has learnt not only how I and my flat works but the House. For instance there is a communal laundry with allocated slots for the flats. Doing my laundry is one of the tasks I ask her to do. The property has a Development Manager as it is a block of retirement flats for the over 60s. She has got to know her as well, which helps.
Each time she comes I ask her to do something different which she does without quibble and very efficiently.

We also have time for a chat which I find beneficial.

I have used Guardian Angels on several occasions to look after my mother. A member of the team visited initially to meet my mother to draw up a care plan and discussed her needs.

They have provided an excellent service for overnight stays and now 24 hour care.

We are very happy with the care and support provided to my mother in law by Guardian Angels.
She currently receives three visits per day but the agency has been very responsive to changes in her needs in the two years they have cared for her. The carers are kind and caring and their visits are reliable.

The office staff communicate any concerns promptly and liaise with GP and other community services as required. I have no hesitation in recommending this agency to others.

Thank you for the very kind words. It is great to hear that we have been responsive to the changing needs as they are needed. It is always important for us to adjust the support that is needed to ensure independence. I will pass on the kind words to the office team, and its great that the behind the scene work with GP/Community service liaising is equally recognised. Thanks again

We had a really positive experience with the care team from the very beginning, the staff were kind, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure everything was comfortable and well-managed. They took the time to listen, answered questions clearly.

We was matched with a wonderful carer, she shows real patience and understanding for our loved one.

What stood out most was the level of professionalism combined with warmth, it never felt rushed or impersonal. Every detail, no matter how small, was handled thoughtfully, which made a big difference. The environment was clean, calm, and reassuring, creating a sense of trust and ease.

Overall, the quality of care exceeded expectations, and I would feel confident recommending this service to others. It's clear that the team truly cares about the people they support.

We have been receiving care from Guardian Angels for nearly a year now - firstly twice a week but more recently four times a day. Throughout this time the carers have been capable, friendly and gentle. They have respected both my wife and my wishes and over the time that they have been coming have become 'friends'. Our needs are regularly assessed by the senior staff and care has been modified to suit circumstances. All the staff have shared their views and ideas. They have responded to my wife's changing needs with dignity and have been able to develop the relationship they have with us so that we look forward to them coming. There is consistency in the carers who come to us with two of them being especially key, and it is unusual for someone to come who does not know what to expect. I can recommend Guardian Angels unreservedly.

Aga has been more than exceptional - explaining how to help us as a family navigate elderly care with respect and dignity. Sharese attends to my parents each day and has earnt their trust is a very short space of time.
Without Aga and Sharese I do not know where I would be in trying to care for my parents post moving them from 400 miles away.
The support we have had in such a short space of time is more than we hoped and reassurance that we are looking after our parents gives a peace of mind each day that is invaluable.

Thank you

I cannot recommend these guys enough, they were efficient, kind, caring and friendly with my mother.
My mother has dementia and my siblings and I share her care on a weekly rotation.
We used Guardian Angels to oversee Mum washing herself whilst my brother did his week and this worked very well.

Thank you Guardian Angels

We are delighted with the care received by my Mother-in-Law. It took us a long time to gently encourage Mum that she did need some extra help when she was adamant that she didn't need any. We were worried about how it would all go. All of the worry proved to be futile in the end because she absolutely adores her carers. She relishes the visits and finds each carer friendly and entertaining (and of course caring, helpful and patient). From my perspective, it has given me some extra time to help my parents, especially my dad who is very poorly. Also the detailed daily updates are so reassuring when I am busy at work. The management team are very professional and approachable, especially in the beginning when we had a myriad of questions. Finally, I believe that should Mum's needs change in the future we can work together to increase visits and tweak the care plan. I would highly recommend 'Guardian Angels' to anyone.

Guardian Angels have been supporting my mother with live-in care since January 2024. Her carer is outstanding - highly experienced, compassionate, and attentive. She provides excellent care, treats my mother with dignity, and is proactive in managing her complex health needs, promptly alerting me and medical professionals when necessary.

The wider Guardian Angels team also provide additional support when needed. I've found the management to be responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with. Overall, I have great confidence in the care they provide and would not hesitate to recommend them.

We required urgent care for both my parents,Guardian Angels came to the rescue. They provided a thorough assessment by coming to the home and chatting to my parents to establish their individual needs. Care was put in place within 3 days. My parents met all their carers prior to visits. We are very happy with the care provided it meets all my parents needs, treating them with dignity and respect. The team are very easy to contact and respond quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend Guardian Angels to any future clients.

Guardian Angel Carers were prompt at identifying my mother's needs and ensuring they put in place routines to support those needs. They were very good at liaising positively with the GP surgery to ensure that urgent problems were dealt with. They were also sensitive in their dealings with my mother, treating her like the strong-minded individual that she is.

We have used Guardian Angels over the last few months to support him with his dementia. He has recently required personal care and was given the utmost kindness and consideration. When I, as his carer, had to go into hospital Guardian Angels were able to support the family. We had the same carer throughout and built up a great rapport with her.

I would not hesitate to recommend Guardian Angels whose team have been knowledgeable and sensitive as well as efficient.

I was recently tied up with my terminally ill husband's appointments and wasn't able to obtain a urine sample from my mother (a UTI was suspected) in time to take to the doctor's surgery. Guardian Angels stepped in and managed to obtain a urine sample, got it tested and collected the prescribed antibiotics from the local pharmacy. A weight off my mind.

Guardian Angels provide a fantastic service to my Dad, who has complex, challenging and changing needs. The carers genuinely care about the people they are caring for, going the extra mile to make sure that my dad is comfortable and happy; whether that be taking my dad out for his favourite coffee, reading to him and making sure he is always treated with dignity when it comes to personal care. I highly recommended two particular members of staff and their team of guardian angel carers!

I interviewed 4 companies to sort care out for my 93-year-old father. Guardian Angel's care manager came to our house to meet Dad and tell us about their service. The emphasis was on the care they provide to my father not the fees or T&Cs (obviously they charge and come with T&Cs) but unlike the other companies it was all about Dad. We've met 3 carers now and they've all been amazing. Organising outings, keeping his home clean and tidy and generally being great companions. I can highly recommend them.
